Brigade Complaints & Reviews

Hi, I have seen many complaints on wall cracks etc., of Brigade projects from the past consumer complaints. And being scared of that and because of lack of so much trust on Brigade, I kept requesting the Brigade CRM to let me have site visit of my flat only once after the bare walls are constructed but before luppam finishing and painting is done. But they are not heeding to my requests in the name of work being done at other blocks. I definitely know that where there is a will there is a way, but Brigade is behaving as if they are the authority and once decided there is no other way. Except CRM team there is no way to reach anyone in Brigade. This is very painful experience. I definitely need help from consumer complains forum so that I can have a look at my flat. I even was realistic and told them that I don't need too frequent visits to my flat and disturb their schedules, but I do definitely need site visit at major milestones. But they don't seem to hear to that requests and are behaving as if we are asking them for some personal favors and they are not going to entertain any such!! What is this attitude? They maybe excellent builders, but then there are complains against them, so they are not spot free builders! So that makes it even more stronger reason for a customer to be given more confidence by heeding to small request.

I have bought 2 property in brigade orcahred. I have gone went through lot of pain, stress because o[censored]ncertainty in future for 2 property i brought at briagde orchard devanahalli.
Now since i am in distress and its already too late. I cant handle it or admit to hospital. I am cancelling the property but they are
saying that i wont get the full amount back. I am financially weak recently my mothers leg got fractured and rod was inserted.
I know your team will help me to get my whole amunt spent to be refended. Thanks in advance

Extremely unprofessional, non-transparent Brigade team ever. Our experience says that in East Bangalore, Brigade is only focussing on Utopia, while Parkside East is just a false promise.
They have missed timelines 3 times on paper, while verbally they have missed it more than that. If you ask for OC status, they will say "We've already applied for OC, and we will receive it any time soon". They are saying this since January.
If you're planning to buy, please be informed that once you make the payment, the builder will not allow you to enter the site. Currently, they have taken 95% of the payment from most of the buyers since December last year, and are not allowing the existing buyers to enter the site. However, they are allowing new customers to enter the site.
The pre-Sales journey is quite pleasant, however, once you've purchased, you're sold to Brigade. This project has received RERA extension multiple times, and they are denying to pay any compensation due to delay.
The builder has no interest of completing handover as of now. They have mentioned that once OC is received (no one has any idea on timelines), they will go ahead with khata registration (which will take 2 months). However, unlike builders like Sobha, Prestige, Bren etc., they have NO plan to complete handover, and simultaneously work on OC, Khata registration etc. The CRM, CET and Sales team have told that the Brigade policy does not allow to help the customers in such cases. Though they are very courteous and politely say sorry for everything, in reality, they won't be able to help the buyers.

Hi Syed Sir, This mail is in regards to the booking I did in Brigade Utopia - Flat No: BG-USE-F-X-0337-XX on 26/03/2019 and was quite eagerly looking forward to remaining payment clearances and finally my posession. But due to the uncertain times we suddenly got into, my employer called and asked me to submit voluntary resignation otherwise they would be forced to give a letter of termination to me (which you might be aware that it is very bad to be terminated from any given company). So, complying with the company's demand, I had to submit my resignation, I have a family of 3 to run and got into an extremely devastated financial condition which pushed me to write this email requesting you to kindly take my condition into an exceptional consideration and cancel my booking and refund the amount I had paid you. Please let me know if there's any doubt or clarification needed. Shall be very happy to see your esteemed company comprehending these exceptional situations of their customers and complying to the earnest request done by one such customer who got axed due to the global economic breakdown COVID-19 has caused. The brigade group consists of a bunch of silly admin people in bengaluru who intend to trick you by selling their apartments at a discount and have your buy in but at a later stage impose all the possible rules and deduct as much as possible the amount during refund. They simply keep talking about percentages and do not disclose the absolute amount to the customer. Mr praveen, mr binoy and gretta are the one behind the scene and although they talk about rules, it doesnt impose on them as they delayed by refund for 110 days wherein their rules state 60 days... They just are adamant to do business and take their management decision as final... I am unsure if the management is aware of this and if they are, then they surely do not aim for any success as customers will loose faith in the process and system currently prevailing in brigade

I am a software engineer working in an MNC in hyderabad. I regularly travel in Super Luxury service operated between vijayawada and hyderabad ,

on dec 20th 2010, I had traveled from vijayawada to hyd, mean while i was hungry at that time and went to the fruit shop near my bus and purchased fuit salad and bananas.which was too cost where banana was 4rs and fuit salad is 40rs.due to my soft and sensitive nature i am scare to talk in public but i argued with him for half an hour after eating that bad fruits which smells so badly and i got stomachache and also since two days i am suffering from motions

but i argued with one young boy nearly 20yrs of age but he abused me badly and of course he is illiterate and also he dont know public behavior but he should respect women but his harsh behaviour on me led to mental depression in which i lost both health(stomach ache severly) i cannot reveal to my parents because they may take action on him severly and it may cause another problem but main thing is i am unable to tell them what a worst language he has abused me like(pove lanj..., ne poo.....) sorry i cant complete the words i feel shy to reveal this type of words

but please take the action on that friut shop boy and owner even owner is in support of that boy
it was(SB FRUIT SHOP Vijayawada)near hyd super lux buses.

I expect the APSRTC Authorities concerned to rectify the problems.
