There try to get the hell work by out sourcing, torturing the technical guys and once the job is almost done they will give some unethical and irresponsible reply and they will never pay even a single penny out of their box. Clients are also cheated by giving fake technical reasons. If you expect money for your work then they'll starting firing you and they'll start cheating that most...

I was approached by one of the CMO AXIS ( 4xp India) staff sometime back to start trading forex in 4xp. They assured me 30% bonus and demo account for practice and also guidance for trading. I was in hesitation to accept the offer since I did not know the company well.
