I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my Full and Final settlement (FNF) from my employment with CMS IT services pvt LTD. It has now been over 5 and a half months since my last working day on December 11, 2023, and despite numerous attempts from my end to communicate and resolve this issue, I have received no satisfactory response from company side.

It is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional for a company of this stature to neglect such an important matter. I have fulfilled all my responsibilities diligently during my tenure at CMS IT services pvt LTD, and I expect the same level of professionalism from the management when it comes to settling my dues.

I have sent multiple emails, made numerous calls, and even visited the office personally, but to no avail. The lack of response or action is not only disrespectful but also reflects poorly on the integrity and credibility of CMS IT services pvt LTD.

I demand immediate attention to this matter and request that my Full and Final settlement be processed without any further delay. I expect transparency and clear communication regarding the status of my dues from company side along with a timeline for when I can expect the payment to be made.

I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a swift resolution. I await your prompt action and a positive response at the earliest.

My FNF settlement amount till not received, I am following up with CMS team from last 1 year 2 month. they are not even responding my mail if they respond on call they just say your FNF is under process, I am not sure my FNF is since 1.2 year is under process only.
Kindly help me to get my FNF, I am working with CMS almost 5.5 year & they are treating their ex employee like this.

I was join Cms it services Pvt Ltd in 2019 and due to project end it closed on oct 2022, here six months over but cms company not given full and final settlement and reliving letter experience letter and pending TA all are pending.cms it services not answering my call I was mailed many times no response so i need to raise the complain against this....

Its almost 2 YEARS 6 Months even i have called the CMS HR- Chennai but no response was given by them and after they didn't lift my call till date. Kindly please clear my PF account as soon as possible its my humble request.

I am waiting for F&F settlement from last 277 days (9 Month 4 dyas ) . I coordinate with team from last 2 month, every time they say F&F settlement ASAP . but not done till date . Last month they say F&F settlement is done in feb month but not . Why you are done till now . I work for your organisation for 2 years and always do my best . Please do the needful

I left cms it services company on 23th aug 2019 with proper exit process also i had given my replacement engineer to company on request of manager, but still they have not clear my fnf.
After serval follow up on mail they giving reply on mail {"apologies for the delay. Due to some internal issues payment are getting delay, kindly bear with us for more some time"} but they didn't providing specified date.

Request to help me for issue as there are many employees facing same issue. As they don't provide for employees who don't follow there process as well they don't provide those who follow process.

I joined cms it services indore for oracle dba, they ask me registration fee 5000/- that i submitted, they told me to join classes on 14th january 2019 but they were ignoring the classes, after that i have gone only 3 days with not proper class, after 3 days they told me there was no faculty so we will inform you when to join again, as usual they didn't respond to my calls for classes, then i decide not to continue and i ask for fees to refund, they told to do that but i called them (No response), visit the institute (There's nobody) and in end of march they handled me check of 5000 and the result was - there was no sufficient money and from 14 april-19 till now (24 april -19) i am continuously calling them they were not responding. And they were shifting there institute. I need my fee back

My name is piyush yadav. Cms it services indore ask me day one 50% fee pay first then you can join but i ask i don't have 50% amount but i arrange 6000 rs and pay after money pay. He didn't get response, not proper class provide, after sometime again ask remaining fee but they don't any call. Now i ask for fee refund. He told me fee is not refundable and unka ye kehna hai aap ko jo karna hai vo karlo fee refund nhi hogi.

I resigned from company for aug-2017 i pf claim fill up and sent to ahmadabad office hr department but hr manager not submit my form to epfo and asked me to resend non adhar form after 3 month then i resend he panding my form for more then 3 month then reject due to online claim cumpalsary now i want online claim but adhar not update no anyone help me to claim my pf. I try to update adhar but error dydolay local hr manager not any help.

Redhat exam 2017 not in sadar, nagpur.

With extra cost ₹5000/-.
I already paid for the full course with global exam redhat & microsoft.

Muze mere paise vapas chahiye
Pahile bola tha ki koibhi extra cost nahi li jayegi first exam free hai...
Aur ab exam ke 5000/- jada mang rahe hai...& exam bhi mumbai me hai nagpur me nahi?
