I have been working with the company for 2 years.They exploiting me for 2 years. After submitting my
resignation letter, completing handing over and got relieved from
company. Now I am in receipt of legal notice from Data Patterns,
threatening to take legal action against me for joining competitor
company. Being in technical team, how i
will be a threat to the business. They have not stopped sucking my
blood it seem. Guys, never...

Not Relieving from the company

Indus Teqsite /Data Patterns are a private company. They are not relieving their employess.
Even though in the offer letter, it is mentioned that the notice period is one month, they are not relieving the employees in a month.
In their notice period the employees are deadly over loaded with current running projects. And asking employees to complete those activity and get relieved.
Those activites can not be completed...
