Same issue for me too its almost 10 days but still not updated what the hell is going on this is shameful. They recieved the items at 29/09/2020 and again dispatch at same day but still not update today is 12/10/2020. So in this issue what they are doing and what is the meaning of speed post i sent the items from Hyderabad at 25/08/2020. Speechless this is so disgusting...

Speaker of the same is not working, dell help line no. is not at all supporting, I feel cheated, looking for refund.

sir/madam,
my laptop is 15 studio series has some issue in dvd writer & system was working very slow ,then i had gone to service center which is stay on "Lajpat Nagar" where i meet to Mr Prakash who is the Executive of dell service Center ,i told my problem then he said to leave your laptop & original cd of laptop then i had leaved my laptop with CDs packet after 3 days when i had gone to service center...
