While offering me for their company, they have mentioned fixed salary. Now they are saying because your performance is not up to the mark, We will not give you salary.They have no where mentioned in offer letter that they will give salary on performance basis.
Ask them to give my salary for 40 days worked with them....

Dear Guys,
Don't go to Delta Placements Consultants near Dhole Patil Road Pune. They are cheater they take money from candidates to provide job but they don't..As per employee is concern one lady is there name Snehal she is very rude and unprofessional...she torture every recruiter...they not paying salary and incentives on time...that place is like a hell so many restriction in that office...so i will suggest think 100 times to join...
