It was the worst experience ever that i experienced from online purchasing so far as a very shameful incident was occurred to me on purchasing their plus membership. It is clearly mentioned in the features of membership plan that free delivery or no delivery fees will be charged on any purchase or order above 499 but it is not as it is mentioned delivery charges were accordingly charged as earlier and their is no relaxation in delivery charges which is a totally waste of money on purchasing their membership
Very poor response is provided from their customer care. So please don't blindly believe on the features mentioned on dentalkart and please boycott them. Better away from this website

It's not delivered...

I want to initiate return of my order for which no one is responding. Please initiate the same...

20 days gone...not receive my order...no refund issue..no redispatch ..no cancellation... Payment done...
No active response by dentalkart help line ... Very bad experience with dental kart...

My order id of dentalkart is [protected] which is yet not delivered though I had paid for the order.They had mentioned they will dispatch the order within 2 days of the order placed but still not dispatched .i had placed the order on 14th February, 2022.Its my earnest request to the concerned authority please help me with these .i am really in trouble.i am a budding dentist . please see to it so thaty money doesn't get waste🙏🙏

I have received the pulse oxymeter on dated 10.09.2020 (Lot no. L[protected] invoice #[protected] for order #[protected], but it has a fault and it's not operating/ functional. I requested the company to send the functional pulse oxymeter and replace this one.

I bought a airotor, waldent sandy airotor on March 2020. After lockdown used on June for 2 days a week and used only for 20 crown cuttings. Now not working. I buyed reading their reviews and when I put my reviews, understood that add only best reviews to cheat people's. Now I am struggling to get it repaired. Bt I request everyone not to buy from electronic or electrical products from them

I ordered woodpex iii apexlocator. After paying the whole money, the product i received was not showing the correct values right from the first case. After repeated checking, i called them and told the issue. They told the money will be refunded once i send back the product. But after i sent it to them, they told they can only rectify and send it back to me. I don't want the same product because the procedure is technique sensitive and after paying such huge money i don't want to use a faulty product.

I ordered an orthodontic adam's plier on 6th october2018 evening at 7.40 pm and there was no cod option for the bill so i paid it with my card a sum of rupees 800 they ensured me that they would send me the mail regarding the item but till now i dint get neither my item nor an email no response from the dealer side. Not even a message from their side till date
