I am writing to formally complain about the unethical and unfair treatment I have experienced as an employee at Destek Infosolutions under the leadership of CEO Mandar Lande and Shweta Dugad. I am deeply concerned about the following issues:

Unpaid Salary: Despite my consistent efforts and contributions to the company, I have not received my hard-earned salary .This has caused significant financial hardship for me.

Abuse and Mistreatment: On multiple occasions, I have been subjected to verbal abuse over phone calls when inquiring about my salary. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in any workplace.

Deceptive Practices: It has come to my attention that more than 30 employees have fallen victim to deceptive job practices orchestrated by Mandar Lande and Shweta Dugad. They have wasted the time, effort, and money of numerous individuals by failing to honor their employment agreements.

I have diligently documented our interactions, including call logs and emails, as evidence of these issues. Additionally, I am aware of other employees who have faced similar problems and are willing to provide their testimonies.

I kindly request that Destek Infosolutions address these matters promptly and in a fair and just manner. Specifically, I am seeking the following:

Immediate payment of all outstanding salary owed to me.
An investigation into the abusive behavior I have endured.
Transparency and accountability in addressing the concerns of all affected employees.
A commitment to rectify the deceptive practices and provide restitution to those affected.
If these issues are not addressed promptly, I may be forced to explore legal avenues to protect my rights as an employee and seek the resolution I am entitled to.

I hope that Destek Infosolutions takes this complaint seriously and initiates corrective actions to rectify these ongoing problems. I believe that a fair and just resolution can benefit both the company and its employees.

I have filed multiple cases for fraud against Destek Infosolutions and Mandar Lande - Co-Founder, Director - DhakDhak Pvt Ltd and Mandar Lande - Destek Infosolutions Co-Founder, CEO, Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. These people gave my partners and me Startup and technology pitch and then took money and dissapeared.

This is a fraud company that duped me of 5 Lakhs taken in the name of App development. My app was never delivered...

They run away with employee salaries and change offices.

They run away with clients money after getting project.

These 3 people have fooled hundreds of employees by making them work without salaries.

They dont pay employees on time (salary happens on 10th to 20th of everymonth randomly)

Screaming and shouting culture of Mandar Lande Fraud and Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd has made all employees resign twice.

Employees are made to work for 16-22 hours a day.

Fake reviews and publicity under entrepreneurship and startup name . 7 Companies started and closed down with 4 offices asking Mandar Lande and team to leave
