Dear Sir/Madam,
We want to register a complaint on behalf of our clients against fraud organization Destek Infosolutions Private Limited and Destek Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.
The fraud people running this organization are
Mandar Lande - Co-Founder, Director - DhakDhak Pvt Ltd
Shweta Dugad Lande Shweta Dugad - Destek Infosolutions Private Limited - LinkedIn Mandar Lande Wife and HR Head
And
Aniruddha Kotgire Anirudha Kotgire - Destek Infosolutions Private Limited
Employees are abused and not paid at Destek Infosolutions for 6 months now. There is constant abuse and violent shouting by Mandar Lande. there is no salary for 6-8 months. HR says that company is not doing well and hence they cannot afford to pay people. Why are they hiring people in the first place if they cannot pay.
Female employees are made to work late in the night. When complaint is made to HR Head who is Mandar Lande wife Shweta Dugad Lande Mandar Lande shouts at wife in front of employees for complaints raised.
If own wife is not treated properly imagine how us other female employees are being treated.
After many office owners kicking Destek infosolutions out of their premises now Destek is temporary working under drug user and Drug Distributor Kapil Jhaveris office at Office no 202B, Town Square, New Airport Rd, Mhada Colony, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014, India
We want to register a complaint on behalf of our clients against fraud organization Destek Infosolutions Private Limited and Destek Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.
The fraud people running this organization are

Shweta Dugad Lande Shweta Dugad - Destek Infosolutions Private Limited - LinkedIn Mandar Lande Wife and HR Head
And
Aniruddha Kotgire Anirudha Kotgire - Destek Infosolutions Private Limited

This is fraud company, They never pay you on time, They think that they are giving you salary means they own you. They treat everyone like slave. CEO is the most cheapest and arrogant person in the world. He has no manners and simple ethics. Even if you wants to spoil your life then try some other options but please don't choose this company. Too much of micro management is there. Funny part of this company is that video editor is holding the position on project manager. they don't even have a proper clients. Full form of CEO for this company is Cheapest Employee of Organisation.
Employees are made to work 14-20 hours everyday. Salaries are delayed everymonth by 10-18 days. There is no scope to complain as HR is Mandar Lande CEO's Wife and takes no action. Female employees are kept back late in the office and no transport provided to go home.

Ltd.", state hereby that, the said online websites i.e. "www.complaintlists.com", "www.complaintboard.in" and "www.consumercomplaints.in" have published defamatory contents through their respective online portal i.e. their online websites against my client without confirming about the authenticity of the same.
The contents published therein are totally false and baseless and are published just to defame my client with the sole intention of affecting the business and reputation of my client.
For this purpose, We have also lodged a N.C. (Complaint) before the Vimantal Police Station against the activities of the websites bearing N.C.R. No. 2069/2022 under the provisions of Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We, at Lawguru, also state that if any individual, body, incorporation or organization hereafter approach the above mentioned websites or any other website for publishing illegal or false contents against my client’s organization, or against my client individually, a strict legal response will be initiated against them starting with a Police Complaint and followed by court proceedings.

THis is a fraud company run by Mandar Lande Co-Founder, CEO, Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, Co-Founder, COO, cloudacar By Pay Technologies Pvt Ltd. and he is known by many other names an companies to fool clients and employees.
This company runs away with your money. Please do not trust.
Employees are made to work 14-20 hours everyday. Salaries are delayed every month by 10-18 days. There is no scope to complain as HR Shweta Dugad Lande is Mandar Lande CEO's Wife and takes no action. Female employees are kept back late in the office and no transport provided to go home.
The Mandar Lande CEO of Destek Infosolutions calls himself "serial entrepreneur" for image building but is a "serial harasser of employees". There are viral videos on youtube and whatsapp groups where Mandar Lande can be seen screaming and shouting at employees on office floor. There are call recordings of Mandar Lande threatening employees all over the internet. He shouts and screams violently at employees every week in front of the whole office. In some cases he has brought up people's dead parents. It is really bad if CEO shouts at someone who has recently lost their father while saying how proud employees dead father would be if he sees his sons attitude.
Mandar Lande has closed 5 offices in the past because of harassment of employees and duping clients with substandard service.
They keep logs of who leaves on time. They always want all employees to work atleast 2-3 hours beyond normal office timings. The work culture at Destek Infosolutions is extremely abusive because of Mandar Lande, Aniruddha Kotgire and Shweta Lande Dugad.
This company runs away with your money. Please do not trust.
