I'm writing this with great pain because this institute is doing cheating with students by providing face course ware on their website which their faculty does not even know how to teach.
1) to start, i enrolled for credit risk modelling with them as mr vivek debuka (Founder) & tanmoy ganguly (Tutor of this course) promised a great delivery of lgd, pd & ead modelling course along with acquisition & behavior scorecard within time frame of 3 months
2) we were a batch of 7 guys with good professional experience and exposure to credit risk and were curious to learn the modelling part; but our great sir tanmoy ganguly was so pathetic in delivering this course that it took 4 months for him to complete both type scorecard modelling which was so painful for most guys that around 6 guys didn't had guts to listen his rubbish lectures and left the course. The reason i'm so harsh and saying rubbish are as follows
I) this guy (Tanmoy) panics most of time when you ask him question and doesn't have clear solutions. The delivery as so pathetic that within month we guys made complaints to great mr vivek who never too those seriously
Ii) these guys claimed that they have successfully delivered the course in previous batches; if that was the case how they didn't had ready ready "database" & "written code" to teach. To make things worse when i asked them about this i got this # reply from mr ganguly "this is first batch we are running codes in previous batches we just had delivered lectures on basel requirements & modelling building knowledge". If that is the case how come they write on their marketing material on teaching model building
Iii) when i communicate this to mr vivek debuka to my shock he said "nahi previous me toh kisi ne aise complain nahi ki and i was in good faith ki pura modelling exercise sikhaya gaya hai. I'll check this with tanmoy " then he comes back with some # promise and extend the deadline of course which was never completed as most of guys left the classes with frustation.
Iv) these guys are so frustrating & cheap they say lecture are for 3 hours from 8 to 11 on weekends and send across links over email by 8:20 and mr ganguly finish lecture by 10:20 and within these 2 hours there are infrastructure problem along with mr ganguly phone calls and personal problems were always there.
V) post leaving the lectures out of frustration and after wasting my weekends for 4 months, i decided to ask them to deliver lectures video which this guy not provided till date and its been almost 1 year now. I tried calling mr ganguly about the remaining lectures video but got the funny reply over email that he's not able to speak becoz of his phone speaker is not working and will email me those pending videos once he'll back to kolkata as he was attending some conference. I don't know who will carry such speakerless phone while travelling except our great & honorable mr tanmoy; i'm pretty much sure his phone must have this problem once my number came up on his screen.
Vi) finally my following email on 28th nov 2017 which goes without reply till date i'm writing this will clarify things for most of readers ant this was written to both great personalities mentioned in this discussion which shows how fraudulent and non professional these guys are.

I don't see you have completed the pd development and validation models yet and about other members joining the classes i don't think anyone will spend more than 7 months and wait for this course to be completed as against committed 3 months of completion time. Further, you saying this " it's difficult to create independent recordings until members are doing sessions, since multiple sessions are being conducted" is absolutely not acceptable because it's not my fault and it's just time over run which has caused lack of interest in people in continuing with this course.

On * (One of classmate), i connected with him yesterday and he was also equally unhappy with the way sessions went in last 3 months or so and refrain from joining sessions. Also, i came to know that you are keeping some revision classes from 1st december for some of the members for which i have no invite and shows you no longer want me to be part of this module.

Again, i don't know why you are refrain from connecting with me over call and discuss things"

Finally, i have many things to post right from those frustrating lecture videos and other emails along with watsapp msg of our repetitive complain to mr debuka about and glimpse of which can be found from following email. Finally my request to this forum is to get my refund of fees of rs 40k (Receipt attached) and request readers to refrain taking their fake course posted on websites

"i had a discussion with vivek, regarding your concerns about the crm sessions. Your apprehensions about the volatility in the frequency of the sessions is quite understandable. However, i would like to clarify that these volatilities have been a result of some factors over which vivek, myself or dexlab as an organisation had little control over. These irregularities in the sessions have occured mostly over the last couple of weeks: first, due to my health concerns and the most recently for some challenges at my personal front, which has adversely impacted the execution of the credit risk module.

Please recollect the session on saturday. You would agree to the absence of a coordination and a lack of clarity of thought process on that day, as far as my delivery of the session was concerned. Also, i firmly believe that you would also agree to a second thing: that such discordance is not a general feature of my deliveries. Now, given this do you think it to be a good idea for the trainer to conduct the session in such a messed state of mind? I really did not think it to be. It's my personal feeling that a couple of such messed deliveries might permanently damadge the interest of the audience in the subject. Hence, i stepped back to re-arrange and reframe my thoughts for a more composed delivery for the coming weekend.

Another concern from your end that vivek highlighted was the last moment information of cancellation of sessions. This again, i believe has been a very recent occurence. For the past couple of instances of cancellations, information was provided much in advance, isn't it? Well, i am solely responsible for this event again. Vivek wanted to inform the batch of the cancellation by afternoon today, however, it was me who had stopped him. I wanted to try till the end to get things composed and deliver today. But, unfortunately could not. My sincere apologies for the inconviniences caused and would try to ensure such unprofessional behaviour does not arise again.

The third concern, which i believe is the most important concern that a student might have is the duration of the session. I would request you to not worry about the durations because if the need be extended. But the speed at which we are moving presently is sufficient. You can trust me on that and i would not let you down.

However, i firmly believe that despite these miss outs on sessions and th sessions of shorter durations, the targetted timelines would not be violated. Also, to compensate for these inconviences that the audience had to bear over the last couple of weeks, i promise a cracker session for application scorecards model development on saturday and sunday!!!

I joined dexlab analytics to do analytics training.in the beginning they showed me a lot of dreams and give me 100% job assurance. Later i found out this was all false. All the marketing is lies they have an external team which specialises in all their face book marketing and website. You will not find the company registered with the government. The receipts after july 1st are not gst mentioned. (What kind of company does not pay tax???) (I check with a few student who joined their pune and delhi ncr office). Also do not believe a word of the bengalee mr suvrajyoti adhikary who is another fraud. They always insist to pay by cash. (Obviously to cheat the indian government) i checked his linked in profile who has is a simple mba cheating students. The testimonials are all fake. Even students before me have complained. It is a marwari business. They are out to cheat all delhites. Mr vivek debuka is a fraud beware. Before joining call the students which they claim are doing the program. I am not the only one many students have been cheated by this company. There is no company registered called dexlab analytics. The resume session was nonsense. Mr debuka is a fresher who is using his family money to cheat students in delhi. I hope the local residents and police remove him and put him and his team in jail.

I did Data Science course from Dexlab but it faculty was no industry expert and material provided was never up to date and have to ask them every time. The lies on the website regarding the resume building, social media profile building, live job updates, I never heard of them from Dexlab since my classes got over there. It really pinches me because they promises all these things and no assistance being provided at all. I will definitely...
