Hi, i am suffering from the same issue. The qc report released after submission of the work was a blunder. When i checked all errors manually, their report and my errors were clearly mentioning the same. My quality is standing at 92%. But they are asking me to pay back 3500+3000 rs for not maintaining the quality. Due to outdated qc tool, it's pulling wrong qc report and making less than 90%.

Started torturing by emails and...

I got an offer regarding completing 800 forms in 8 days for that they will give 18000 and for that no need to pay before and accuracy must be 90%, they will cut 3990 from the 1st salary.

Later i completed the work and checked everything twice before submission without any mistakes. Next day i got qc report failed mentioning 213 forms with mistakes and sending mails that i have to pay them 3900rs as penalty and legal notice...
