I have paid for a kitchen product on sept. 23rd 2021. But I didn't received the product yet....

I paid through Rozar pay for my demand for kitchen products and a Tiffin, still this morning I haven't received any Coframatipn or any news about my purchase
I don't know what to do...

Made a purchase of some kitchen items on 24th of September 2021...amount paid Rs.303...still has not received the items....
