This is Sachin Arora from New Delhi, my salary for over 6 months along with re imbursements was not paid by this Fraud company. Can someone let me know the legal procedure to follow know
Even one cheque issued by them got bounced and my case is in hearing in Patiala House court for last two years, nothing happening.

I am holding 500 shares of Dhanus Technolgies Limited. The compamny had announced issuance of Bonus shares on 02/09/2011.
Till date I havent got any Bonus shares in my accpunt. I called the Company also but they did not pick up any call.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and revert as soon as possible.
