Sir,
I made a reservation through dineout app on 19th july 2019, at 2 places, the junkyard cafe and teddy boy (Booking id do5708607, do5711694). It was my mom's birthday, so we planned to go out.
We went to the junkyard cafe, there i redeemed my gourmet passport coupons, when the waiter issued me the bill, by applying all the discounts the bill amount was 7452. Then i made a transaction of rs 7452 at teddy boy (Charged by rbl bank credit card amt rs 5046.30) by mistake, then i again made a transaction of the same amount at junkyard cafe (Charged by rbl credit card of rs 5097.60). So could you please tell me the process of refund the amount of 5046.30 in my account.

    Booked a table for 2 through dineout app. But the restaurant did not allow discount on dineout. The manager told that they have only 5 bookings on offer which has already been serviced and hence i could not take dinner through dineout.

    Please arrange to remove the restaurant at the earliest so that other users do not face the same issue again.

      Incident:

      I had booked a table at arena eleven, sln terminus hyderabad restaurant and did payment through dineout pay before going to the restaurant. When i reached to the place, restaurant manager rejected the payment which was done earlier because he would like to have payments at his presence. Immediately, approached the customer care of dineout app, the intelligent dineout representative suggested me to do the second payment and he gave word like i will get the refund for the first payment. I took his words are like gods blessings and did the second payment. Had a worst lunch ever in my life at the same restaurant, next dropped an email to the dineout. They logged my complaint with the reference number: 328260 and have been asking me to wait for 24-48 hours from 18/08/2019 to till today.

      Ankit mehrotra, vivek kapoor, nikhil bakshi and sahil jain establishing a company can do anyone, but gaining the trust of customers is not possible for everyone. When you learn it then you are really successful in any business.

        I've lodged a complaint on 15th august regarding the girf deal i purchased for rainforest restaurant for 15th august. The restaurant refused to accept the deal and i had to pay the complete bill and also the amount for the purchasing the coupon from dineout. I'm at a big loss at this stage.
        I was informed on 16th august that my complaint has been escalated and will get back to me in 7 days time. I waited and then after a week they tell me more 2 days, i waited then again they said 1 more day i waited and waited. They also told me they'll be giving me a call back which i didn't receive yet. Such a shame. They won't respond to my email but have the guts to say i wasn't available for the call.
        You can see their chat section it doesn't even feel like a human is on the other side. It seems like a complete automated response with no resolution.
        Today i called once again at their customer support, the representative (Mahesh), stated this issue has been resolved, which clearly hasn't happened yet. I'm involving you into this in a hope of getting this issue resolved soon.

          I paid 2250 approx for the booking at one of the restaurants.. However when i selected dineout pay, it didnt give me date. This is first time i am using the app and was not aware f how to use it. From past 2 days i am following up, they are neither refunding the amount or booking it for the said date. My money is gone and all they say is they are looking into it. I would never recommend this app to anyone.
          Please refund the payment done to house of tipsy, the payment was suppose to be done to Irish house( which has been subsequently paid through card ) & incorrectly paid to house of tipsy the Irish house bill has been attached for your reference

          I have written them 8 emails, 4 phone calls each average waiting time of 20mins

            I made payment of rs. 908 through sbi net banking to dineout portal on 16 august 2019 for lunch buffet vide id-order 6781947 inbazaar, pallikaranai, chennai. Though the amount had been debited in my a/c, dineout did not confirm my order. When contacted, dineout informed me that the transaction order id-order 6781947 failed ay payment gateway and the amount would reflect back within 7-10 business days automatically in the source account. Even after 10 days, the amount has not been credited back to my a/c. Pl. Take up with dineout and get my money refunded.

              Iam a dine out member on online web site. My mobile doesnt support dineout. Spoke to anurag and he told me i will give the promocash online so that u can use it. I got the promocash online but unable to use it. When spoke to them they are now telling it should be used on mobile app which was not told to me.
              My 211rs as promocash is now waste and im at a loss wherein i didnt get my promocash which when we booked online through website it showed it is credited. Nowhere while booking it gave message that we cant use it online
              Spoke to anurag and oman and they both are so arrogant to customer pligth and for 211rs they are talking about policies and procedure.
              Wasted 3 hours on phone they dont connect to their manager and not helping the customer.
              Please help and call me on my number [protected]. Need response as i have been harassed mentally for 3 hours.

                I was booked a buffet table in chill out grill restaurant on 20 th July and I paid advance amount for the table, and I got the confirmation from the dineout, then I went to hotel on time and i was shocked, that restaurant has been closed and it was under renovation for a month ago I contact the manager of the restaurant and discussed about this issue and he told to me he was informed the dineout a month ago about my renovation work and currently I am not taking any orders like that, but I was standing outside of the restaurant for my food unfortunately I could not able to eat on time and time was 3 pm most of the restaurant closed,

                Today the date 19th Aug almost one month ago still I am following with the dineout team but as of now I was not yet received my money.

                  Shabi mirza have been a member of dinout since september 2016 and have been actively dining out, but off late while i was in cochin and tried to book a restaurant rasoi in fort kochi to my dismay i found out that my acount was used lastly in hyderabad a day earlier on 3rd august for approx 560 rs and my earnings and wallet was used, the account was showing with the name of karthikreddy from hyderabad, the dineout earnings left in the account...

                  I visited one dineout restaurant in my nearby area and made payment through dineout wallet along with cash payment but due to system glitch it went to the wrong restaurant of the same name. I tried reaching dineout customer support on mail and called the support team several times but everytime i am hearing the same response like "we have forwarded the issue to the concerned team the will get back to you".

                  Its been a week since i am hearing this and getting frustrated by the same response again and again. I want you intervene in this and do the needful as soon as possible.

                    We made a payment to pind baluchi rajouri garden incorrectly in place of pind baluchi karol bagh. We lodged a complaint thorough email and got a reference number 254689 but they haven't taken any action. We went to restaurant last sunday and we have provided them the original bill along with payment receipt of the karol bagh restaurant. But still no action has been taken so far. The amount is 1200 which need to be refunded.

                      I have booked a table of 5 at soho bistro and cafe with dineout. At the time of billing, i asked them for dine out booking and offerings. They said they've ended the offerings through dine out few months back.

                      Then, i asked them why dine out is still taking booking for your cafe and they answered they have intimidated the dine out for no more tie-ups from their side. Finally, they refused the payment through dine out app and i have to pay it from my pocket.

                      Now, i have raised my concern to dineout and since a week i have not got any meaningful response from them.

                      Still looking forward to a resolution and seeking the extra money that i have paid is back.

                        I am Karuna Pareek a dineout customer. I made a booking for 9th March’2019 6:15pm at Imly Rajendra Place outlet and also made a booking for 7:15 at Imly, Karol Bagh outlet. I visited the Karol bagh outlet. While doing payment I made the payment through dineout mistakenly to Imly Rajendra Place outlet through my Transaction ID ORDER3469384 by the name of Karuna Pareek (dineout ID DO4157687) and simultaneously I made payment through dineout to Imly, Karol Bagh through my another account by the name of Hemadri Kathpal (Transaction ID ORDER3469586). I have initiated a refund of the amount of Rs 979/- but I have not received it yet.
                        Kindly see the attachement for both the invoices and revert me the payment made at Imly Rajendra Place outlet.

                          I have added rs 6000/- in my wallet of dinout for dining expenses, due to some personal reason i haven't used that money for dining. Now i am calling to customer care no @ [protected] on 12/08/2018 @ 14.17 pm for inquiring my as per them they are not allowed to refund the same whether u are using your money or not that too it has expiry of your money also till 2019.

                          Why these kind of policy has been allowed to apps maker that they can be added money to wallet but not take back if they are not using it. After all its my/consumer money not dinouts.

                            Hi made a transaction on 4th Feb 17 with dineout app to reserve a restaurant which got failed. Even after sending multiple emails to the dinout team. My refund has not been initiated. I just get a reply we are looking into it. There is no proper mechanism to work out with all this. I do not where to escalate for this. I have attached the transaction details with this for the failed transaction.

                            I have done a booking through dineout, I picked up a offer which was a 50% off on total bill at QABILA ROOFTOP CAFE, SATYA NIKETAN, but when i reached there the cafe was closed, and i have paid Rs.236 through paytym for the booking..Now refund my money back as soon as possible
                            The dine out app is not opening...this app is new to me...downloaded it ...but it is not opening... I have got promo cash...I would not like to forego this...please advise
