Dineout is not refunding my own money
Made a reservation through dineout and decided to pay through dineout. I added an amount of 2000 for the bill payment but it did not got added so again added the same amount. After i made the payment i saw that the money had been added twice. It was a fault in their app and i now have 1.6k in the wallet (I used 2.4k). When i check again they have some hidden clause the money in the wallet cannot be refunded. Instead of displaying this information on the top they have very conveniently added this as an answer to some mostly asked questions. They are fooling the customers by giving offers on paymemt through app but hide imp details like this.
Also I don't stay in any metropolitan city anymore, where dineout can be used. So keeping the amount in wallet is a complete waste for me.
I complained to their team and they just tell me that they will get back in 24 hours but never revert. Please help me get my money back and take strict action on the dineout people for misleading the customer.

Made wrong transaction through dineout app
I have made two bookings from my dine out app one is bbq nation and the second one is exotica, due to some change in plan we didn't went to exotica and had buffet at bbq nation while making payment i have made payment to exotica instead of bbq nation. I have already raised a ticket about the issue and also got ticket I'd: 571251. It's about 10 days since I raised the ticket till now there is no response from dine out. This is the worst experience i ever had.

GIRF Deal denied
I had booked a GIRF deal for 8 people at Wabi Sabi, Kolkata on 11th March 2021 at 8:30 PM refer Booking ID: DO11214313. I was told that 50% off for GIRF deal will be applied at checkout when I pay via dineout pay. I did as was told but the full amount got debited and later I was denied a 50% discount as promised. I am attaching the bill as well as payment acknowledgement for your reference.

Made wrong payment through dineout app
I have made two bookings from my dine out app one is bbq nation and the second one is exotica, due to some change in plan we didn't went to exotica and had buffet at bbq nation while making payment i have made payment to exotica instead of bbq nation. I have already raised a ticket about the issue and also got ticket I'd: 571251. It's about 4 days since I raised the ticket till now there is no response from dine out.

Hello, i have went to my bar headquaters noida on 14 oct and made payment through dineout via upi...for 2 times paying through upi it got stuck on google and there was failed status on the dineout pay.and i have to made payment becoz without that i wont be allowed exit.then i made payment through debit card mode on dineout...and now yesterday those both payments got success on google pay..i have contacted customer care no of dineout but that lady said i cant do anything...i cant track order id o[censored]pi ..provide me dineout id..how will i provide her dineout order is there status was fail...and she is saying if it got failed you will get refund...please provide me genuine reply...please take action into this matter...i have attached both the upi transactions screenshot that got stuck that day..but now it is showing success..and also attaching debit card mode payment which got success..please help

Restaurant not accepting booking

I made a booking for four people yesterday to one of the restaurants in bangalore but I was denied to use the coupon saying since its a Sunday the coupon cannot be redeemed.
I purchased 4 coupons for a total of Rs. 94.
Please revert to solve the issue and initiate refund process.

Restaurants not accepting dineout pay/please refund my amount loaded as top up

On 1-mar-2021 I reserved restaurant for dinner with my family at pind Baluchi (crossing republic).Reservation was confirm on the app.After dinner we asked restaurant manager to pay via done out, but he Denys to accept dine out payment and asked us to pay via another mode.Hence we had to pay by another mode but our problem is we top up mycash walled by rs.1500 which went unused.
We thought to use them to another restaurant listed on dine out in my area but maximum are not accepting dineout payment.
I request you to refund the topup amount as it's being very embarrassing to ask restaurant before dining whether they are accepting dineout or out.
I just don't want to go through this hassle and insult, hence please refund the amount as it's our hard earn money and its not our mistake to top up the amount in advance.

Wrong payment to different restaurant
I have paid through dineout on 18th Jan, 2021 at 9:32 PM to wow momo instead of momo I am. After noticing that I have paid to wrong restaurant I settled the bill with momo I am.

Money added in the wallet got expired

While adding money into Dineout wallet last year, the statement I read was that any unused money for one year, would be refunded to the method of payment.
Now their T&C are updated and the money added would be valid for 1 year only.
It is our hard earned money and how can you simply take it away ? This is against RBI rules. Gift cards or bonus can have some expiry tiem but not the money added from bank or debit/credit cards.

Paid to wrong restaurant through dineout
I've paid bill amount(4448 INR) through dineout to wrong restaurant instead of the restaurant where we dined out and I've raised a ticket with number 515473 for refund request and dineout is still resolving this small issue since 72 hours and this is too ridiculous...and also I've been sending mails and had a too many chats with their support agents but no use till now
I hope dineout will take action on this

Amount to be reverse to my bank account
While adding amount to My cash, it was showing the amount after expiry, will credit to the same bank amount from where it was added, after that when I am asking about this, they didn't repond correctly, even now after expiry what will happen to the amount added, they did not mentioned, just they have mentioned will expire in 1 year,
My cash is about to expire in 6 days, before that kindly reverse the amount to my bank account

I am very much disappointed with dineout service as well as the restaurant. The restaurant people called me yesterday afternoon and informed me that my deal which booked at 6.30pm 8th feb'20 dinner is not valid and they asked me to avail before 3.30pm which is the last slot for lunch, when i denied to change my slot and informed there manager to call me. Later i got the call from the manager and he mentioned that at 6.30pm i will get only sandwiches etc. I had booked the slot at 6.30pm for an early dinner almost a month's back and now i get the call on the last day. Finally i went to the restaurant before 6.30pm and the restaurant was offering me only snanks, i then lost me patience and told the restaurant people that i would like to bring to the restaurant md mr. Klv koran and want to talk to him. Later, they have asked me to avail the offer after an hour. I was not at all expecting this kind of service from the restaurant and from the dineout as well for providing these kind of offers and then the people needs to suffer. The amount which i paid at the restaurant through dineout as it was totally worthless due to the situation which me and my family had to go through out the day.

On 29th february 2020, i had visited tgi friday's, elgin, kolkata at 2pm and another reservation at chilis grill and bar, kasba, kolkata at 4.15pm. While paying the bill at tgi friday's, i wrongly paid the bill amount to chilis american grill and bar via google pay - an amount of ₹1959.

I'm writing this to you to file a complaint against my experience with the dineout . Booking I D-D09001801.
I booked a table at a restaurant named aqua in Somajiguda, Hyderabad for 15 th feb a table for 4 & received the confirmation from the dineout app. But as I reached there (around 8:40 pm), I was told that the restaurant is taking no dineout booking instead they had a private party and the owner declined my booking.
So I decided to connect with the dineout team & talked to dineout customer care executive who further spoke to the manager of restaurant but could not solve my issue and instead he asked me to book my table at some other restaurant. I decided to leave the place & look for another restaurant. So I have decided to take a call on this because the app has false information about its reservations.
Also it's the third time that I have been cheated by this app.
After my complain at their forum they offered me Rs 50 promocash so that I don’t raise complain at other any other forum.
I hope I get compensation for the harassment faced by me and my time, energy and money wasted.
Thanking you in anticipation.

I dont use dineout frequently plus middle class person like me cannot afford to put a sum of 10k into some random wallet and let it get wasted. I booked molecule air bar do8695625 but then i found the 5 tuns restaurant do8789368 better deal so i booked it.
But to my dismay i got call from restaurant owner on 3/2/2020 who told that the restaurant is closed forever. I booked it for 16 persons dt 5/2/2020 and on 3/2/2020 i tried registering complaint to chat service through dineout app.
I got call from mr rohit (Dineout executive) who apologized for inconvenience and suggested me to book at platinum arts club sector 17 chandigarh.
He assured this will not happen again and i booked platinum arts club do8795683.
I should really say the dineout team is not sincere in working. This time again i got call from restaurant owner who declined my booking.
This kind of service was never expected from dineout and i think this case, where i have lost 3 deals in 2 days just because dineout is not updated with their database of restaurants, should be highlighted at facebook and twitter so that people could get vivid picture of your service.
I urge you to refund my full amount and just think once that how insulting it gets once the venue which was earlier conveyed to guests gets changed and it doesn't end there, it gets repeated again.

restaurant refuse discount. and dineout is giving only promocash as a service gesture
I booked table for 3 at zaika restaurant dadar east. As it was giving 15%discount.
When i visit the restaurant, the attendant refuse to give the discount as he said we don't have dineout partnership.
So i escalated at dineout support team. They are given me 120 as promocash which can be used only 20% and validity of 90days.
I have loss of almost rs.250

I booked table in cafe delhi heights in dlf cyber hub in gurugram on 24th dec 2019 with the offer 15% off the food & soft beverages. But at the time of bill payment cafe denied to give offer on the bill. Yesterday i booked norenj restaurant gurgaon 47 through dineout. I got a message for 15% off on the total bill from your end. But the restaurant didn't apply an offer in the final bill. I haven't used any other offer or deal.
I forgot to check yesterday but checked now my total bill amount 3140 rs including taxes and i had paid the full amount.
So i contacted your executive regarding this issue that they said to attach the guest bill screenshot. Here i am attaching the screenshot of the required restaurant bill and payment receipt.
Please look into this matter and do the needful. I want a refund for 15% of my total bill amount. It's been three days, no resolution

Dineout accepted the order and also offered cashback if paid via wallet. Hence i added rs.1000 to my wallet. But restaurant denied to accept the dineout offer as it is 31st december and also denied to accept payment through dineout wallet. I usually do not dineout at all. Since it is my father's 75th birthday i have visited the restaurant with family. Since my deal not accepted by restaurant my 1000rs. Got wasted and dineout denied to refund money inspite of 100 percent fault from their side. I want nothing except my 1000rs. I am not ready to wait till 1 year to get back my money. Following up with their customer service since 1st january. Provided them bill copy also as required. Still they are not refunding my money which they had to refund since it is their fault to accept the order.

rejection of 1+1 buffet by restaurant and reimb amount promised by customer care

I booked the k3 restaurant of jw marriot on 11 dec 2019 8.30 pm. Gourmet pass confirms 1+ 1 is available. But when we reached restaurant we sat on table and talked to manager, they denied the gourmet pass and we faced embarrassment. After that i talked to customer care and they said 1+1 is available but restaurant denied after conversing with customer care they informed on call that extra amount will be reimbursed as it was dineout mistake that we were not updated that k3 is not accepting dineout for dinner. It already had ahppened several times in the past as well

Now i am following up with dineout for almost 29 days and nobody is responding anything. It is such a mental harassment dineout is giving me. And i mistakenly did payment of rs.1885 to "cafe delhi heights, east pune, viman nagar".
Soon, i realized that i made a payment to "cafe delhi heights" instead of "social".
So, i did one more payment to rs. 1885 to "social, viman nagar east pune" since i also had my office colleagues with me and i did not want them to wait for the messup.
I then went to "cafe delhi heights" to tell the story and they said that they dint accept my payment and declined it.
As well they helped me to speak to your (Dineout) representative and dineout representative then suggested me to send an email along with the social bill receipt. Dineout representative assured that once i send the social bill receipt over email, the money would be refunded to me.
I sent all this story to "[protected]@dineout.co.in" with all proofs i. E. Bill receipt and all 2 payment screenshots on 24th dec midnight itself so that the case is expedieted and refund is given as soon as possible.
Now it has been 9+ days but still no resolution.
Everytime i call them, i get the same robotic / standard replies which are sent to all customer queries.
I am following up with them everyday and every day they are lieing and give false promises.
Very frustated and disappointed with the service.
Very bad experience.

On 3rd december 2019, i had visited café mezzuna, jadavpur, kolkata but had wrongly paid the bill amount to chilis american grill and bar, jadavpur, kolkata - an amount of ₹1324. I seek a refund of the amount wrongly paid at chilis american grill and bar.
On the same day i contacted support and raised a ticket - number 406833.
It has been almost 7 days since my ticket was raised and issue was registered. They had said that it would take 4-5 working days to issue the refund i had sought, but i haven't received any email from them after december 8th, nor have they replied to any new email sent.

I took a deal for dining out through app of dineout and on reaching at the particular restaurant the restaurant owner denied to offer us the service and no proper response was given from the customer service of dineout and failed to revert the transaction amount and complaint is still pending with their customer service.. I have submitted the proof of the order it which was assigned to me after i paid money.. The online service does not kept the promise and also not entering complaint

Some days ago i dined at pind baluchi cr park and they have two branches in gk 1 and in cr park but due to some confusion the payment got credited to gk1 branch after checking with dineout they told me to make the payment to this branch also and they would refund my money, my complaint number is 385710 and they have yet refunded the money. Also the complaint number is busy. And they are saying they are looking at it.

gourmet passport not accepted for 1+1 buffet

Complimentary buffet coupon was not accepted at barbecoa, bangalore restaurant on 26th october for lunch buffet. After table reservation, i got confirmation from dineout for redeeming the gourmet passport coupon at barbecoa to enjoy complimentary buffet for my booking. Also the option to redeem the coupon was seen in the app. But it was no considered by the restaurant manager.

I went to the restaurant and i paid through dine out and after that restaurant mentioned that they do not accept payment through dine out after that i paid through my debit card and trying to get my payment from dine out but it's been more than 20 days i'm unable to get may money. If i try to contact dine out, everyday i get same answer that we understand your concern and we apologize for taking longer than usual to address this i don't know how long it will take. If i chat on dine out to resolve my issue i get robotic answer i guess which all are self generated messages which dine out executives are sharing.

I've made a payment of rs. 2888 on[protected] to sixth emperica, punjabi bagh instead of andhadhun, punjabi bagh via dineout. I've also lodged a complaint through email and got a ticket number 381012 and no action has taken so far from them. Every time i call dineout, they will say we'll revert back to you in 24 hours and so.
Kindly help me in getting my refund back.

I sh****a have been a member of dinout since september 2016 and have been actively dining out, but off late while i was in cochin and tried to book a restaurant Rasoi in fort kochi to my dismay i found out that my acount was used lastly in hyderabad a day earlier on 3rd august for approx 560 rs and my earnings and wallet was used, the account was showing with the name of karthikreddy from hyderabad, the dineout earnings left in the account...

I have booked a table of 6 at saolin temple - cbd belapur (Booking id-do6541282). At the time of billing, i asked them for dine out booking and offerings. They said they've ended the offerings through dine out on 30th aug'19.
Then, i asked them why dine out is still taking booking for your restaurant and they have no clue. So i have to make the full payment.
Now, i have raised my concern to dineout on 1st sept'19 and after 2 week also there is no response from dineout to refund the amount which i paid to get the discount.
