I have applied for my Diploma original certificate on 1st Feb'2021 following all the rules and regulations. As per Seva Sindhu/Sakala it takes 30 WORKING days to issue the certificate. As per Sakala website, its been approved on 10th Mar'2021 but still not received at college.
