Took out a policy on 3rd feb 2017. paid £200 deposit. 4th feb 2017 DNA rings me stating they cant insure my son as he has an SIA card . i say ill not bother with insurance and go else where. they say it will cost £140 cancelation admin fee. the insurance wasnt even due to start until the 20th of feb 16 days later. . i ring the bank who say cos i authorised the payment it cant be stopped and its pending. . i write to DNA and couple of days...

THEY ARE A SCAM THEY GO INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION SO JUST BE CAREFUL!!!
I HAVE USED DNA INSURANCE BROOKER FOR THE LAST YEAR OR SO AND I HAVE LEARN'T THEY ARE RUBBSIH I HAVE RECIEVED OTHER PEOPLE'S DETAILS A NUMBER OF TIMES AND THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK SOME MONEY OUT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION NOW I AM STRUGGLING TO GET THAT MONEY REFUND BACK IT SEEMS LIKE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGGAINST THEM SO MESSAGE TO ALL THE MOTOR INSURANCE AND TAXI INSURANCE JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN THE NAME COMES UP...
