Am k soujanya as I have completed and passed my doeacc o level course in 2011 from Hyderabad with 778410 registration no. When I am trying to download it's showing invalid registration no. Plz do the needful and help me to get my certificate....

DID'NT GET THE CERTIFICATE OF MY COURSE
I am Anusmita Mohanty from Cuttack,Orissa.I had joined the course 'O' Level (1yrs) at a institute Green World,which has been closed but I have my results and I too completed the full course.I too have letters from DOEACC regarding my papers.But as the institute closed I cant got my certificate from DOEACC,NEW DELHI.My roll number in 2002 yr exam was :599619 and My Registration no. : 354793.Plz help me....

This is from a young Engineer who traveled from Ouilon to calicut and utilized the Railway parcel service to carry his motor bike(kL16-B 9809).
