Compre combo de herramientas a us$ 9.65 y me debitaro de la tarjeta us$ 153.50 en productos que no pedi ni salian en la pagina de facebook. Son unos estafadores. Como hacemos para cancelar la compra. Existe esta pagina? El dia 22/05/2019 realice la compra con tarjeta, por 9.65 dolares y cuando medan el ok, me envian a mi correo el numero de compra con un sinumero de productos para mascotas que yo no eleji, a un valor de 153.5 dolares, necesito conectar este comercio si existe. Purchased 2 dog beds, total price was $5.98. Got a receipt for$151.48 for all kinds of different dog stuff i never ordered. They debit my account for $104.92.
I already went to the bank about it and they want me to close my card and get a new one, it still has not gone thru all the way yet and waiting till tuesday. They said they will take also 3 to 5 days to straighten it out, but i am still putting in a false debit at my bank on...

On 1/26/2019 i ordered 1 dog bed for 4.29. I received a email receipt for 150.59, i checked with my bank and 104.31 was taken from my account. I contacted you and was told i would hear something in 3/5 days and still waiting. That's 100.02 that was not authorized to be taken from my account. I talked to a representative at the bank and was told they would do what ever was necessary. I decided to wait until 4:00 2/1/2019. If matters are not corrected by then on 2/4/2019 i will let the bank take care of this matter. They can decide if this is fraud or theft because i never authorized anyone to remove more than 4.29 from my account. The order was from doghobbyshop.com number 163802. Thank you
