Not getting Gate Stipend

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have taken addmission in CET,BBSR (Govt of orissa) in M.tech through GATE. I am eligible for the stipend, but when ever I ask about the stipend they are telling they have not received the money.Our seniors have not received it for 1 and half years.Where as other college they are getting it regularly.
With sincere request I ask you to look into this matter and solve...
