I have 50 rupee for demo clss .when I demo clss started there was problem of mic teacher said re joined again I leave the clss for rejoining after teacher was not there and they were not picking my phon it means I haven't take demo class

They cheat you by having sugar coated tongue. Ms. Seema pandey conducts meeting then she sends a message staying you are selected then again you have to pay a registration fee. Once done no response. I was neither given any students even after following all protocols. Without any intimation i was removed from the group. After n of texts and calls ahe blocked me so i couldn't reach. Of course yes she doesn't have a reason for removing me. Her motto is to earn from people who are in hunger of job. I paid 99rs like me there are 100+ people who paid and wasted the money. For us its a matter of 100 but for her from group of individuals its 10000rs. So please don't pay even 10rs to education villa. Its waste of time and money. Seema Pandey cheats people and i swear she will face the consequences.

Education villa is one of the biggest fraud platform conducted by Sandeep Pandey and seema pandey are collecting money from English speaking Tutors as registration fee of rupees 199 and asking them to conduct trial class after which they say trial class will be converted to regular classes and then for the regular classes they say they will pay. But for the regular class they would pay only after completing 20 sessions. She is not responding to any messages and call and she is so damn arrogant to tutors. If you ask any questions regarding her trial class allotment and payment she will just remove you from her WhatsApp group Education villa is one of the biggest Fraud platform. Once you pay the registration fee they will make you take trial classes which will not be paid and name sake they gave a regular class immediately after giving they said to register and create a profile.After which without informing or telling any reason they will remove you from their watsapp group and not receive any phone calss messages. A kind request to one and all please don't invest any money, it is completely a fake and fraud job ...

When I asked queries to them regarding the classes and registration fees the *Admin Sandeep Panday* used slang languages, the admin and his wife they are so I'll mannered and uneducated and they use slangs to the teachers.

This education villa instituion so called in which it trains for sopek english is a very big spam. I was appointed as a trainer by them, after some regular classes they asked me to share my account details, previously they used to pay through gpay but suddenly they changed their process and asked me to share by account details. I had doubt in my mind because previously also they did very rude behaviour to many of my colleagues even if they did not had any problem, even in some months they used to deduct our salary showing baseless and inethical justifications and always used to pay less salary. From this doubt i asked one of my friend of lesilative body and when he gathered all the details he found that this instituion is totally fake and they run a business and it is actually their technique to pay less amount to the trainers and finally they drag all the money from the accounts of the trainers.

Never belief this institution runned by SANDEEP PANDAY INDORE, they run online as well. Everyone please stay aware.

Everyone out there please stay very aware from this institution now to justify themselves they are trying to judge my ability. For your kind information I am CONVENT PASS OUT, DOUBLE MASTERS with 1ST CLASS, and had a 3years of teaching experience along with 2 years of experience in multinational company, previously I have worked for COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. So, SANDEEP PANDAY (EDUCATION VILLA) if you are judging my ability then its shows your foolishness and cheapness.

On the 1st day of training, again in this also there is a fake tale, the mam who joins the meeting in Zoom she joins from her husband’s profile SANDEEP PANDAY, her name is not disclosed anywhere. She told in the 1st day meeting to 13 trainers o[censored]s that we can “use hindi” when the student cannot explain anything in English.
That happened with me as well, the student named RATAN KUMAWAT from Rajasthan, sales manager, he’s English was very basic and he cannot even explain his daily works in English so ultimately to make him speak more I asked him to use Hindi and English to make explain himself that actually in which situation he was. I am very comfortable in both the languages and definitely in English but due to his sake and was also mentioned by EDUCATION VILLA SANDEEP PANDAY that we can ask them to interact because of the understanding. To give this point as a justification shows how unprofessional institution you people are running. The student RATAN was so much satisfied from the demo class that immediately he asked me that he will join the regular class for 3 months and he would choose me as his trainer. I asked him to call the ADMIN, and I became villain to this SANDEEP PANDAY when I called him and asked very politely that I am not getting any trial class, and one student joined under me in the regular class I did not even get that class as well. This question freaked him and after the arguments he told me “CHUTIYA”, ”KIS GHAR KI LADKI HO”, only because I asked for the justification I am now uneducated, I was fumbling, etc etc. If I was so bad in English then why you people appointed me then. So funny.

Therefore, it proves that this institution is such a fake that a deserving trainer would give their valuable time and effort but if they ask question they will listen slangs from the ADMIN and SANDEEP PANDAY. Even I have audio recording and I already shared the screenshot of the text in whtsapp.

Education villa is an online spoken English platform. I have worked as a tutor. They providing one on one live session to students for getting English communication. They are saying 40+tutors. I have worked as one. They are saying that This is a platform where you can earn money without any investment. only 199Rs.is the registration charge and provide total one on one classes and our pay out are for 30mins 50Rs. per session, for 40mins 60Rs. per session and for 50mins 75Rs. per session. we provide 20 sessions in a month for each student so for 30mins you will get 1, 000Rs. for 1 student, 1, 200Rs. for 40mins and 1, 500Rs. for 50 mins. Tutors first need to take trial classes for students and ask them to join. If students interested they will join. Trials are non payment for tutors. But the authorities are not giving proper students to tutors. They are always favour to 3-4 tutors only. Seema and pandey are the company authorities . Seema is the person who controls and gives instructions to tutors relating to classes through Whatsapp group .

I was joined on july by paying registration fee. Downloaded their app. Firstly all tutors did classes through their app and marked attendance. After some days they said about some technical issues happened to the app so we all need take classes through our personal id zoom meet but marked attendance in app itself. I have done like they said. After 1 month I have sent student details and hrs completed details also to them for the payment. Asking for the payment. Seema said that I have to wait. continous follow up, after 21 days I have got less money through gpay instead of my fare rate of class. She was arrogant at the time of asking the payout. Didn't attend the call also. In Whatsapp group also some tutors didn't get alot of their money. They are keep on complaining. Seema removed the complaining tutors from whatsapp group without giving any clarification.
