I’mSubhashini who enrolled in your coaching class for appearing in CS ProfessionalCourse in December 2023 attempt. I have paid an entire amount of Rs. 25000/- on28th September 2023, though I insisted to attend demo class. Yourinstitute have pressurized me to pay an entire amount and I have also received frequent follow ups to enroll, since I was told that I have very less time toprepare for exams.Oncethe enrollment was completed, Class scheduled on irregular basis. Despite somany follow ups from my end, Timetable team stopped responding. They haveneither scheduled the class nor responded properly.Pleasenote that as instructed by them that I don’t have sufficient time to prepare for exams, I have enrolled on 28th September 2023 on urgent basiswithout revisiting the authenticity of Elite Institute. But now I regretcompletely to inform you that I haven’t attended the class for past 20 days.Most of my classes are held on demo basis. Enclosed are the details of theclass scheduled to me. AS of now no classes were happend and they are not responding properly.

Subject: Complaint against two frauds Bihari Ajit and Manjit who are running ELITE IIT coaching institute where they are abusing female trainers and later not giving their salaries.

Sir,
I was working with ELITE IIT as a trainer from july 2021. They have given the offer letter (attached with this email) and they have not taken acknowledgement from me as a signature. As per business norms, an offer letter should have a trainer's signature but I did not sign any document.

This is the biggest fraud done by the ELITE institute. They are not considering their offer letter as a serious document. And these two Biharis Ajit and Manjit are telling, they have a legal team and they are not sharing the legal team members details.

If they have a legal team, this biggest fraud won't happen. The appointment done by the ELITE IIT coaching institute was completely fraud as well as not as per the norms done by the Karnataka government.

Immediately verification action is needed against this institute who are using Bangaloreans money and doing illegal activities.

Second, as per fraud offer letter made by ELITE. They mentioned the trainer should give one month's notice before leaving. I left the institute on 10th february because ELITE IIT staff abused me (complete written conversation as well as recorded conversation is attached with this mail). And Ajit Bihari was saying abusing trainers is completely professional(written documents are attached as a proof).
As per Bengaluru based institute which comes under Karnataka government, it is clearly mentioned abusing any female employee through institute staff. Those criminals should get arrested immediately for one year.
As per written documents as well as recorded documents, ELITE Staff abused me on phone as well as on whatsapp chat(attached as a proof).

Immediate Arrest warrant against ELITE IIT staff and Ajit Bihari.

Bihari do illegal work in Bihar also. And Now, they are doing the same thing in Bengaluru. These Bihari neither have respect for the female nor they can do any business with honesty.

Bengaluru city is for honest and hard working people not for fraud and corrupted Bihari. Immediate action needed to shift these Bihari back to Bihar.

Third, as per written conversation with ELITE staff, salary days were between 10th-15th of every month. Except for two month, I did not get the salary on time.(written conversation is attached). Everytime, I have to beg for the salary. Then these fraud Biharis released the payment.

This ELITE IIT institute is doing unacceptable work from day one. Now, they are not releasing my february payment but I will take my payment as well put these two Bihari Ajit and Manjit in jail.

Apart from me, lots of trainers from 2017, 2018..., they also did not get the payment. They will also file a complaint against these fraud people. I am sharing their details with this mail. Students and parents are also joining because ELITE IIT staff formed people to pay the amount and later did not give the proper training.

Kindly, release the arrest warrant against Ajit and Manjit and complete ELITE staff for doing illegal activities. And close the ELITE IIT institute permanently.

Hi i want to share my experience with eliteiit (elite indian institute of tutorials) jaya nagar 8th block. "this is no.1 fraud and cheating institute" first i should tell about the faculties and counsellors. they are such a worst girls and ladies, i never seen this type of lady so for. her ultimate aim is to obtain the course money from you anyhow. they don't have any human nature. one counsellor is a cheating sales girl. omg they will speak like a well trained sales man. actually they don't know any thing about the courses even they sell, they are eligible to sale soaps and detergent only. if you go for refund, they will not give and will show you kind of roudism and will be ready to fight... such a no.1 cheaters. i think god is there... no one will escape from that.

It is fakeeee fakeeeee fakeeeeee, my real experianse, don't go here they are cheaters, they will treat u like a slave. befroe admission they will give lot of promise but definitely they will not follow not even one promise. during counselling counsellors they will say one thing but after admission they will give poor and pathetic classes and many times they will not give any classes.. 100% waste tuition institute..

It is worst for coaching for test. the head of institute and maths lecturer are very arrogant and hopeless fellows as given feedback from my daughter who was admitted during july 2015. he doesn't clear the doubts of the students, instead harass the student who ask doubts. i strongly recommend not to join in such worst institute for coaching aspirants. don't join them: eliteiit, address: 63 durga arcade building, 41 cross, 1st floor, jayanagar, 8th block, near icici bank, bengaluru, karnataka 560082, phone:[protected]

I came to this institution for coaching. first of all i would like to share about management and then faculties, management people are worst people, also there is no proper plan for the classes as they don't have sufficient teachers. they don't pay to teachers as well.
