Hi I leave in dubai I am a single mother I have Registered for my son he is studying in 10th grade from 5 months I am requesting them to give proper classes but still no response now I am asking for my refund they are just ignoring me.

At the time of subscription, their AGENT told me that I can cancel it at any date and time
But now they just turn their words that it can't be cancelled prior 7 days of subscription
As I already mentioned everything that my brother is not at all interested, then too he told me that whenever you want, u can cancel it

And now when I am chasing for cancellation, they just denied
I draft an email to CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM but didn't got any response

It was totally MISSELING of their products just to complete the targets.

took thee subscription in AUGUST 2022 and the cancellation request was sent on NOVEMBER, 08 ; 2022 and still didn't got any response.

It seems the letter has not reached its destination. Kindly know me the position.
