I have placed an order for sari and blouse vide order # 26396fanci dated 6th aug, 2020. Full payment has been made during order itself.

While i received an email notification confirming order, no further update is provided, nor any contact details are available.

Pls take it as a serious complaint and block this company from further faking the customers at large.

Their track order page is fake when you click on it, it says page not found.

The company webpage https://fanci.in/community/contact is showing free shipping today on order over rs.999+ on the top, which is not implemented.
I ordered order (#9639fanci) swift reusable eyelashes (4 pcs/set) × 1 in which rs.69 shipping charges are included on rs. 1299/ purchase clearly violating what they have mentioned on website. Also the faulty product is supplied broken magnet in eyelash with poor quality. No where i am able...
