Very very...bad company..Fraud MD Vinay

Hi All,

I am writing on behalf of Fast Stream Technologies, which is performance oriented organization like all others.

I am here to explain everyone about this posting and our company. As i have told already we are performance oriented private organization and so we are not suppose to continue with the employees who can not complete their work in double than expected completion time. And moreover involved in anti company activities, like spoiling environment of the company, stealing devices(iphone, mac, tablets etc), misbehave with lady employees etc.

I am attaching pic of the guys we have fired couple of weeks back whom we have found not suitable for a company, where everyone else is trying to put full effort but they a are spoiling them by their nuisance activities and making company loss by stealing company's property.

One more point we would like to mention as no one has been terminated without prior notice, everyone work has been reviewed and as per company policy(we dont have any fancy policy same as everywhere else) they have been terminated.

As this post reflects very clearly that this has been done by some frustrated guy, we request all other organization to do complete verification before offering them a job as we do not take responsibility hereafter for any of the these guys. We will be also informing all other organization about them via email newsletters and newspaper ads so that this situation can be avoided by them.

I came across about the recent things that's been happening over past few months in the company from one of my friend and thought that I shouldn't stay back from writing my opinion, I don't have words to explain the horrible things that this company has been doing from past years, 9 months back when I was an employee of this company same thing happened where 7-8 employees were fired without any prior notice where I was also one among them(anyone who opposes his weird behavior will receive a message in the midnight saying 'No need to come from tomorrow'). It's such a worst company that they don't even have any respect for female employees and they talk about others behavior on this aspect. I was very badly treated and was asked to work over night without any courtesy for female employees as well for tasks that were assigned in the evening and with a mail saying 'this needs to be done today' for almost all the projects and the projects used to hop from one to other always where it would have crossed almost all the android developers.
The worst thing is that the same people didn't oppose when it happened to us some months back and now they also face the consequences and I would like to say that the same thing will happen in future to others who are still there.

I am Ex-employee of FSTech, Bangalore, I left that HELL 7 months back. There are few things that everyone must understand about the cheapness of Vinay, as he is trying to defend himself.

1. He has made big crime & mistake by putting names & images of those sincere employees in that list. See how CHEAP he is????

Microsoft, Apple Companies are Fraud &
This is a FRAUD company.
They will create bank account but they wont give Salary
They will treat employees like slaves
They wont give Offer Letter
Last two months more than 30 peoples are resigned their job because of salary problem
They have terminated 15 employees last month without prior notice - reason for termination is that 15 peoples asked salary for their work.

MD is FRAUD FRAUD MD is FRAUD FRAUD MD is FRAUD FRAUD MD is FRAUD FRAUD MD is FRAUD FRAUD MD is FRAUD FRAUD

The above statements are absolutely true not for those top MNCs like Apple, google, Microsoft & its MD's but for Faststream technologies & himself. This shows his Cheapness & cruelness, by bringing there names to defend himself. He has forgot that those MNCs can put case against him putting wrong allegations against them too. Many times he always keeps scolding about Mr. Azim Premji, Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr. Narayan Murthy for doing charity works.

3. Even he has told that, those employees were misbehaved with lady employees. UTTER & FALSE ALLEGATION.
4. Some of those employees are Android developers, Business Analysts & 3D animators. So there is no need of accessing Mac, iPad or iPhone's, hence they CANT STEAL. This shows he is not having minimum sense tooo. Many developers were bringing there own devices as FSTech had only
2 outdated android devices.

5. Finally, Vinay has AGREED & ACCEPTED that- those guys in the list were his employees. Telling this because, he himself has CLEARLY STATED that- " we request all other organization to do complete verification before offering them a job as we do not take responsibility hereafter for any of the these guys." Here, for sure he will play some CHEAP Tricks & tell wrong & false during their verification.
Please TRUST these guys. They are GOOD indeed.

Few of those employees i know, they are exceptionally highly TALENTED in there business, they never ever can do such wrong & cheap things.
I wonder why those employees are NOT speaking anything truth yet.

I am thankful for above two users who stood & wrote truth.

These all things are TRUE because, not only felt but well experienced.

I request ALL Ex-employees to STAND & SUPPORT here, for those trusted guys in that list as you also had shared few good moments of your precious life & to stop Vinay doing further CRUEL & CHEAP things, as i am doing. Please, please, please... Wake Up India.

Already case is filed against Faststrem technology MD in ULIMAVU POLICE STATION..First u give pending salary and experience certificate to that employees then we will remove this post.

We are enthusiast, very passionate towards our work, there is always two kinds of people in our society believers and non-believers so,

for believers please take any legal action towards this company.

for non-believers please join this company once, they definitely make your life hell by not giving holidays, calling you on Saturday and Sunday and they make hell out of job from you, and in the end they don't give your experience letter, they scrap you.

Here nobody having problem with not giving salary but real problem is not giving our experience letters, money we can earn in future but our experience will not be earned, definitely he will have a hell out of death then everybody should know what happens to this type's of frauds, we sure if anybody examine his health we find at least 4 - 8 diseases when he dies we will be putting his death photo to expose how a person dies when he is fraud and shameless.

Employees don't depend on the company, company depends on employees and this philosophy everybody knows but that fraud company don't know anything.

The list mention by that fraud company, each one have potential to develop a company on their own in future that kind of zeal and ambition is present in every person they listed.

This list mentioned by him(Vinay) may increased but, before anyone who wants to believe first check the tax payment and registration of that company(Vinay) and why they changed company name(Smart Cube), here eveybody experience personally that's why this kind of protest.

First Google with keywords "faststream technologies complaints" you will be seen at least 10 search complaints about this company.

Any one check the background of those employees they are very professional, descent behavior, and even check their schools, colleges and previous company records you will definitely get good response from their background. And check vinay background everybody will end up in finding how fraud, thief, shameless, impotent person he is.

We have many different proofs to prove that we are good, and knowledge able persons but, the fraud company(vinay) have many proofs that they are frauds, shame less, , impotent(vinay).

I am agree with my friends view and other thing is VINAY BANSAL(MD) posting 8 name, actually i know them well.They r NOT culprit, simply they asked why u r not giving salary which is right of employee.
They are purely innocent.
Vinay don't know the value of company.He just opened the company to play with life of employees.

Please don't go even for interview, if you are getting a interview call from faststream technologies.It's completely a fake company, i was also working there, some days before. I didn't get salary for last one month. MD Mr Vinay Vansal is a fake person.

Faststream Technologies company 100% fraud, MD vinay bansal is fraud his character very very bad he is looking for money not employees, he didnot give salary, If employee problem means they didnot hear but they say something means employees want to do the work it is like slaves, Swagatika one send mail to employee list of Holiday 2013, one festival has came again send mail all are need available on that all the employees are came but no compensation for the day every weekend she send mail need to available on Saturday and Sunday also there is no work for the employee but come simply sitting employee and go, Vinay, Prabhat, Swagatika doing another good business it is very popular business pani puri stall in every week end there went put stall for popular malls prabhat is organized business analyst get the pani puri order prepare the company canteen free home delivery thik why Prabhat organized pani puri stall ? becasue his qualification is PUC you know he is gold medal holder he is doing toilet washing, floor cleaning, shoe polish for vinay, Next very professorial HR in the world Swagatika, every she come see all the employee watching what their doing and after office time 9 pm is office is over, every she called employee please come to office vinay want talk to you like if employee not come next fire the employee every day the contacting interview for all domain, they assign one guy for searching people, they did not give salary for existing employees, they spoil employee life, please don't choose the company

I have also worked in FS before. I did get salary properly, though there were some issues of ethics and no pf and all. During the interview of a cmm level 5 company HR informed to slash out experience of FS from my cv. Otherwise they cannot continue with my profile. Due to some or the other reason they have blacklisted the company. And this is a real fact.

one question for vinay. If you are right then why are you recruiting by multiple company names ( "Smart Cube Technologies" or Smart Lead LLC ) and why are you giving detailed offer letter after 15days of joining date but at time of joining your HR team mentioned that you will get detailed offer letter(salary details) on the day of joining. But after joining of 15 days you give a offer letter which contains unexpected variables in salary.

You are running a company where no predefined public holidays (i dont know what is now but when i left Fast Stream there is nothing called public holidays).

Guys you did a very good job by taking this initiative. I am with you and i am a ex-employee of this fraud company.

Even i wanna tell you about this, please don't ever join this fake company.

Earlier many were worked here & bcoz of salary issues they left (Many talented).

Vinay Bansal is such a bloody cheapo he doesn't even know how to treat employees.

One of the tester/business developer was his favorite when he has opposed to work in such a environment, C wt that bloody cheapo has done, he just posted their pics here.

Its a request not to join & make your dependencies to suffer bcoz of this.

I have worked in Faststream technologies for 4 moths. In that I got only first 2 months salary that after a month and still I did't get my 2 months salary. So that I quit my job. later on they sent all the employees out without salary and any notice period then they closed the company. Again after a year I have received the mail that says job openings in Faststream. Its a fraud company.

I worked in this company for 4 months, in that I got only 2 months salary that too after a month. Still I did not get my 2 months salary. I asked many times they are not ready to give. So I quit my job. Afterwards they only closed the company and sent all the employees out without giving salary. After all this things again they opened the company and sent me the mail says job opening. Its a fraud company.

I worked in this company in the starting stage of my career as well as this company; 8-10 yrs back. I left his company becz of vinay's character. When I accidentally see reviews/complaints on this company i surprised still this company is existing? I never ever before and after worked like this worst company. He treat employees as just slaves; once you join this company you don't get basic human rights also. That time also 6 days working and only night shift. I never see a greedy person like Vinay. Dear All,

I was hired as a Head Embedded, at Faststream Technologies on 1-Nov-2016. I was asked to stop coming to work from next day (on 16-Nov-2016. I was dismissed in 17 days by the Director.

Reason : Faststream claims on its website it has 200+ Accounts(Customers). when I joined I found only one poor account. I asked, where are the remaining accounts to Director/MD.

1) Profanities pour out of his dirty mouth in front of employees from the Director.
2) Only tall tales of heroic acts of Cheating, physical fights, Police arrests, can be heard from the MD/Director.(His personal achievements).
3) A small dirty one floor company with dirt and junk piles all over.
4) Video Cameras are installed over employees to watch them over network.
5) Physical violence and police cases had occurred in the recent past.
6) The Chief Technical Officer is 9 years experienced, in JAVA Coding and is used as an instrument of terror on employees.
7) I too was attacked by this man on the second day of joining. (to try frighten me and condition me)
8) Countless victims of abuse, physical violence and shattered careers were created by Faststream technologies.
9) The Director, is one of the most Dangerous men, one can ever get entangled with.(true Evil person, Vulgar, dirty and cheap).
10) The Damage this company and these people can do to innocent engineers/customers and their families cannot be repaired.
11) The permanent scars will destroy your self esteem and moral.
12) Many companies in India, ask to remove FastStream Tech Experience from resume. (they will not consider it).
13) Fsatstream is involved in Billing fraud and cheating their current customers. VERIZON
14) FastStream Tech, indulges in TAX evasion, thru Indian Workforce/Indian company, but payments deposited in US bank accounts. (fraudulent earnings papers are created to evade TAX)
15) Faststream has a fake website with one(1) account not 200+ accounts.
16) Faststream's claims on their website are absolutely Lies and deception.(unbelievable lies)
17) FastStream Tech is a criminal origination. (has a disregard of LAW)
18) The company name was changed from SmartCube, to SmartLead to FastStream Technologies.
19) Yes all the negative written on glassdoor about FastStream is true.
20) The two/three positive comments written are by Director and his Wife
21) FastStream is a local Indian company, not a US company.
22) The US Phone Number when dialed is forwarded to a local Indian Cell number.
23) FastStream has about 8 employees, plus a few other staff.
24) As per FastStream, you have to be a Good Person to avoid getting Fired.

I have 25+ years of Hands-on experience. Award wining US/Canadian/German experience and hold 4 Patents.

I am highly skilled. I have no reason to be a disgruntled employee or a looser. I am only warning job seekers and customers and the Indian public and expose a criminal origination.
