I'm residing in Kerala and ordered some fishes from their website on November 25, 2021. At first they informed the order will be processed within a week and the delivery should happen within the next week or so through railway parcel. But that never happened and I went back to them on their customer care (which is only available through whatsapp chat). They responded after a day stating some unforeseen delay due to bad weather or shipment delay and asked for few days more. Nothing happened even after that and I kept reminding for no avail. After some months they informed that said product is unavailable, but they cannot return the money and can be returned only to their online wallet that I can use for my next order. After that, whenever I tried to initiate an order, they inform the order cannot be shipped to my location. Thus, my money was left with them and was never returned. Now, it seems the website has been taken off and as such my money is gone.

Ordered for a fish tank on 10.02.2021... pre-paid INR 5700... Today is 10.09.2022 (neither refund not the product received)...They ghosted on me.

I have payed live aquarium fishes for fisheshop.com. currently found there site is not working and what's app not responding. I have payed about 1828 rupess on google pay. First time there is some transportation issues due to corona. After I asked refund they can not attend what's app phone call as well.

I have given the payment of Rs 4138/- by Phone pe as they said pre payment is required for sending the fishes on 6 June 2022 and my order id 46199. After that they stopped communication with me, never delivered the order and now not refunding the payment also and not picking the phone too . It’s totally fraud company cheating people . Strict legal action should be taken against them .

I had placed online order for aquarium fishes and accessories from the portal Fisheshop.com in May 2022 and had paid Rs 4700 through Google pay. Immediately I got a message in Whatsapp from one of their executives with number- [protected] who shared me the UPI ID - [protected]@icici or to make direct payment to the number- [protected]. After completing the payment I followed up on this whatsapp number for a month regarding order status but did not receive any reply or update whatsover. Its been 3 months already and there is no contact or reply and the entire Fisheshop website is also gone off the internet it seems. I appeal to everyone please help in getting direct contact with this Bangalore based fraudsters. I guess these people have duped many customers like me before.

I placed the order and made an advance payment on 9th June 2022. Order ID 46178. Whatsup msg is the only way of communication with them. They shared a QR code in WhatsUp and I made payment through gpay. Now their website is not working. I asked the reason and they told me it is under maintenance. Then I searched the review for this website. I got so much negative feedback about their service. One can check it using the below links:

I ordered fishies from that website of around 3000rs but haven't got my order yet. And after I was done with my payment they completely ghosted me.

They are fraudsters! Making money via online fraud ! Scamsters ! Once you place an order they ask for money to be sent to them via gpay and dont respond thereafter ! The number they use is :[protected] ! Please take appropriate action ! So many complaints have been registered.

I had placed order on fisheshop website on June 1st as CoD post placing the order with in next few hrs I recieved a whatsapp msg from the business number[protected] of fisheshop stating my location doesn have COD option and had to do prepayment which I successfully did post receiving the payment for order ID 46109 the team has entirely gone ghost on me. Haven responded me on email or whatsapp msg. Wherein they confirmed the availability of product on ping delivery should have been in 4 business days

It's a fraud company they are cheating they are not sent any order I have order 876rupees

This is a fraud, scam website.
They cheated inocent people.
They will force you for prepay for order not COD.
But never delivered your order.
They are collecting your valuable money and invest other.
A very big racket who are continueously cheating people.
Police should take proper action on this racket/ gang.
They also cheated me.
I had pay Rs 3130/- for Order Id- 45472 but never receive my order.
They also not respond you over whatsapp after make payment.
They donot receive any phone calls for this cheating purpose.

If you want to buy aquarium products then you can buy it from flipkart and amazon as they are the most trusted sites.

Order id 37368. This is a scam site who are cheating new customers every day. These scamsters pay money to some know people who give fake reviews and 5 star rating on Google. I think police should crack down on these scamsters who are running broad daylight robbery. Fake site, fake customer service numbers and emails.

3 months ago I have placed online Ouder in fisheshop .. until now I did not get refund or any updates or product from this fisheshop employees or the business owners.. I made a purchase of 1696.00 Rs on 27th of June 2021. I have tried contacting them multiple times for the delivery, they still haven't updated me on my mail, they do not reply on the whatsapp number they have provided.
They do not even refund when asked.

Order date 12 may 2021, I continuous persuade but got single massage on 30th. June that mentioned record says items despatched. It is a fraud company, no castomer care department always try to contact new castomer .

I made a purchase from the online store of FISHESHOP Aqua on February 6th, 2021. The order was confirmed (attached) by payment of INR. 1038 in advance. There was no update over a week and I tried reaching them over the WhatsApp no mentioned on their website. But no one responded. So i tried messaging via the Facebook Messenger. I got a response on 13th that there is no delivery in Kerala and my money would be refunded. Since i did not get a refund i contacted them again many times on FB and gets no response. I placed the order for a Fish Tank and a stand. While placing the order they said they will deliver in 5 days then on following up they said they will deliver in 7 days and Max 8 days. It's already 8 days and no information about the product. Their customer support is non-existant you can call and text them any number of times and they would not respond. When I finally got hold of them they said they cannot give a date when the product will be delivered.
This is strange from what they committed before. Now that I have paid the advance I'm stuck. My plea to return the advance is also not honored and I'm left waiting to get started.

If it was fished i could have waited now am setting up a planted tank and all the other stuff are here then the tank is not.

I have placed an order on their site on 11th December. I have reached out to them before placing my order to confirm that delivery is possible to my location and they assured me that it's possible and would be delivered in 3 to 4 days. After I made my payment I never got any response from that representative and calling that number says the number is temporarily unavailable. After many failed attempts to contact that representative, I tried contacting another representative he initially said that the item cannot be delivered to my location and when I said that I already got confirmation from one of their representatives, he assured me that the order would be delivered in 3 to 4 days. It has already been 6 days since I placed my order when I got this response. But unfortunately, that was the last communication I got from their establishment. I tried reaching them through the 2 email id that they have listed on their site [protected]@fisheshop.com and [protected]@fisheshop.com. [protected]@fisheshop.com email id does not exist and I got a mail delivery failure notice.
As of writing this on 7th Jan 2021, I have not received any response from them. At this point, I would wish to get my order canceled and get my money refunded. But since there is no way to contact them, I'm unable to do so.

I have placed my order on this website for pet fish some 2 weeks back and till date there is no proper response fro the team. This website is having so many negative reviews about being rude to people once they get the amount in their hand.

I wanted my order to be refunded immediately!
