My agent said complete the task and order but alsmost10k i put to my account and still freez my money agent said repeating that i need to finish my task and order but i dont have money to top up again...

My paid order is frozen. When ask them to unfreeze it.they ask me to pay penalty of 40 %.my one lakh money is frozen in account....
