Fraud by forumias
I had joined an offline test series in forumias on december 2017. I was deeply dissatisfied and felt cheated because of the following reasons.

Discussions :
1. The quality of discussions were seriously bad and deteriorated further. I expected experts to deal with questions. Amateurish discussions. (They promised me that quality will improve, but in vain. I have downloaded the discussion videos, you can evaluate those discussions).

2. Discussions are not held properly. No discussion has taken place despite the timeframe of 3 weeks.

Answer keys and ranks
3. Answer keys are not given. When this was raised with the admin staff, they gave an impromptu answer. Ranks are not being displayed.

5. Lack of infrastructure : since the sealing of building, we were made to sit under zero equipped places and suffer for no mistake of ours. (They seem to be operating from unauthorised place, but i was considerate from an humane prespective).

Because of the above hassles i had requested a refund on 18/2/2018 and a formal email for sent on 25/2/18, mr. Vinay, who claimed himself to be the incharge of the forumias promised that my refund for the test series would be intiated.

Days passed, number of phonecalls and whatsapp messages were exchanged (Recorded phonecalls and screenshots of whatsapp messages are with me). Hollow promises stating that refund will be intiated in a day or two etc were given.

Now it has been more that 23 days mr. Vinay again came up with a explanation to deduct rs2800 for the zero value test series for test charges and logistics.

Till now the refund has not been done. (They state the online transfer would take more than 5 days, when it is done in minutes in today’s world.)

As a student of political science, i felt there was a need to make the students aware of this cheating and fraud.

Not for the money, but for feeling of getting cheated and doing nothing about it.

No can answer this question better than me. I partnered with ayush in the initial days of forum ias. So here goes the facts about this maniac turned megalomaniac.
