I am priya sharma, i had taken admission in fostiima business school and submitted 70000 for the same n then i have decided to not go wid it n asked for refund..today its been a one n half month..they r delaying by so many reasons and now thry r not answering calls too, i am in urgent need of money kindly help me to get it...

My brother took admission in fostiima in august 2016 but after 2 hours he ue to some issue he withdraws the admission. They promised to return the fee biut they only return fee in march 2017 that too deducted 40000 from the full amount 1, 90000 and returned 150000. Despite of the fact we were on loan for this amount and paying monthly installment. We suffered bad loss here. How can i get it back?

I, Sudeep R Tawde, had applied for MBA Course for part-time at Fostima Business School and had paid
full amount before the course commenced. However, the course was supposed to begin in month of June
2014. After lots of follow-ups, they finally started their course in the month of August 2014. To add
to further disappointment, they misguided it was a part-time course and to mey shock it was a distance-
education ( Corresponsdence) course. It was a utter caes of fradulent management running Fostima. Also,
they almost issues study material of the said course prior to 2 days before exams. Thus, making me
difficult for preparation of examination. Also, they issued me secoond hand course material two days
before, that also I had to run after them for issue od study course material. Also, when I was giving
my exams they tortured me to pay course fees for next year. Whenevr I used to attend examination for
papers Mr. Pawar ( Admin) and Mr Ameya ( admin) constantly harassed me to pay mext year examination
fees. I request consumer court forum to take strict action against Fostima Business School which are
running a money-making racket in the pretext of running B-school.

I have been in immense mental trauma and lots of depression as my hard-earned money has been looted by
Fostima. I request consumer court forum to compensate my fees amount worth Rs. 90, 000 which I had paid
as course fees and I have suffered a lot and have been cheated by Fostima.

This is Sudeep. I had applied for MBA Course at Fostima Business School located at Andheri ( West). I had submitted my entire course fees much in advance. I had applied for course in year 2014. This institution was so pathetic that it took a long time for institute to commencea as per their course commencement . To add to the chaos, they misguided me about the course structure. They completely are fraudsters. they told me it was a part-time course. Eventually, when course commenced it turned out to be a correspondence course . Also at the time of when course started they failed to issue me the study course material. I had to run behind them for getting my study course material. After lot of follow-ups, they finally issued me course material but that also old ones ( Study course material). First semester exams were round the corner, it was so completely abysmal kind of behavioor from them. It was so appalling that running a so called " IMM-Fostiima Business School" (AICTE approved PGDM) these guys are so lethargic when it comes to offering a services, I was also shocked that these people were harassing me to pay fees for next year when I was appearing for Semester- 2 examinations despite I had paid fees for first year (ie., including Semester 1 and Semester 2) . Mr Pawar ( Admin person) and Mr Ameya Patil ( Admin ) constantly told me to pay fees for next year. I had already lost my hard earned money and gone to immense trauma after I wasted my hard earned money . My time had gone into drain . Is this how these people cheat MBA aspirants. Its a red alert to all aspiring MBA students ..please dont ever apply at this Fostima Institute. They are fraudsters. I want my complete fees to be reimbursed ( ie. around 90, 000) . Please kindly do look into this concern. I request again not to apply for any of their courses as they have been running a fraudsters racket in pretext of running MBA Institute

I took admission in MBA for the year[protected]. Paid 15000 rs as part of admission fee but I couldnt take admission because my loan didnt get sanctioned.I contacted them a lot of time and requested to refund the money as no where in the fee structure it was mentioned that 15000 rs is non-refundable. Their councilor also assured that I would get it back. I spoke to the Chairman of that B-school and requested for the same but he misbehaved...
