I have purchased a course for 800 rupees from gateforum, and I have not received the course at all. The customer support says the exam is supposed to be there after logging in with my credentials but I haven't got anything.
There were supposed to be 60 part tests + 6 main tests but none are appearing in my test series page. Neither are they resolving my issue on complaining nor are they responding anymore....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Respected Sir,
An organization called "GateForum" is conducting 10 series test, which is intended to prepare student for GATE(iit) exam. Answer for the tests are to be marked in OMR. The Problem is that, because of some data base or software problem from there side, there is a complete mismatch in what I have marked to that of what they have showed as my answer. I have got a snap shot of my OMR taken during examination...
