Giftech software solutions it's a worst company and the staff john (Owned company), pardhasaradi (So called hr) never ever support employees i have a worst experience with the company, work wise learned alot and i have huge respect towards my process and the work whatever mould me to become today what i'm but you'd never recognize for your hardworks if you look forward career here, people whom i'm mentioned above are disgusting they tourcture...

Giftech software solutions is a medical coding company that gives jobs by taking cash deposits. The managing director himself takes the money. He pays peanuts to the employees. Whenever an employee asks for Hike, he will postpone forever to next month. I[censored] say as if you got job in other company, you will be fired on the same day. No documentation like payslips, relieving letter etc will be given to you. You never find job security...
