My name is Lila Vadgama. I reported to your customer complsints team that the above laptop, still under warranty, collapsed. One of your man Srikanth was assigned this task.He appointed a courier to pick up the laptop. It was picked up by one Rajesh of Sheepcote ( I think that is the name) on 15 July.
I have sent hundreds of emails asking to return the laptop if it has been repaired or replace, as it is still under warranty.
I had bought it from Amazon.
CAN YOU BELIEVE YOUR WORKSTATION SAYS THEY HAVE AS YET NOT RECEIVED IT.
I AM GOING CRAZY WITH YOUR PROPLE who are going round and round.
Did your Customer Team appoint a fake courier to steal my computer.
The man Rajesh, who had picked it up, is giving me weird fake answers?
Should I file an FIR with the police that my laptop is gone missing as a result of your people's mischief?
