I paid 10000 rs for 3 years service subscription for has hob and no on came single time to repair the Hob. And keep saying Technition will come today tomorrow but no one comes . I want my money back

I have taken Amc from global export service in Kandivali last year for my Elica chimney and Hob. The owner Dilip Goswami is a fraud and only interested in looting customers. No one comes for providing service. Pls bar him from providing this service as he is a fraud. He instructs his staff to lie saying technician has been sent by never comes.

I think even Elica must be held responsible for hiring him as after sales service provider. Need either refund of my money that I paid for Amc or need service. Pls help. Thanks

We have subdcribed for 2 years annual renewable maintenance service from global export service for our kitchen chimney (Faber model) on 28th dec 2018.
In the armc it was mentioned clearly that they will provide 3 free service per year, however they have only given 1 service till date. Also they took the chimney lights for replacements and have not yet returned the lights till date. They have only give new excuses every time we have called and followed up on this matter. I also have watsapp chat instance where they have said they will refund the amount however they have stopped responding now. I have rs 6750/- as the amount for contract and i need the entire amount to be refunded and they have completely failed to deliver on the promise/assurance provided before the contract amount was paid. Please help me on getting this matter sorted out.
