I got call from one lady regarding f9rm filling later she had taken my details name contact details and aadhaar number, aftr sometime they sent an agreement mentioning about salary and penalty charges, once i have done one mistake while doing the job at that time one person called me and said you have made a mistake so you have to pay the penalty otherwise we will take action legally then i got fear and and i paid 3999+3999 he said it is...

I'm working on this company from 13 april 2020 I have completed my 698 forms on 16april2020. When I go to next form it is not open and it give error to me. I have completed their 700 pages work but due to some of my mistake i paid a refundable amount of rs 3999, 3999 twice. They assured me of refunding the amount paid by me as penalty and the payment of my work worth rs 17500. But now they are not picking up my phone calls i have proof from company side of returning the penalty amount. After that they gave me a mail id and password and a fix date to start work but as i think they are fake company so neither i started there work nor login in to there mail id. Now they are asking me for pay 24000/- as for penalty. After wards they are not compromising and not closing the file and demanding money....
