I search a job online on Quikr.com and I found a job of online form filling “Golden Enterprises” company and I am apply this job and Next day my friend receive a call from Golden Enterprises for job regarding and asking me to interested to this job and he say no fees or any cost to pay company. And now company blackmailing me

Golden Enterprises says, company provide 700 forms and you complete this form in 7 days and you get 14000 RS and company cut his charges of RS 4700 and I am agreed to work with this job. I am complete my forms within 4 days and submit forms after 4 to 5 days I am log in company website “eworkme.com” and I see Your QC is failed but I accurately complete my work but company ask me to 1st day my username and password and I got it this mistakes is company creating my job work and asking to pay this payment of Rs.13950 14 September 2020 I am received a mail from Legal.[protected]@gmail.com this email Id of Adv. Mr. Rahul Krishna mail me and asking to pay 13950 Rs form filling job work. I am call back to Mr. Rahul Krishna and ask to close the issue he says you pay 26000RS and close this issue if you not pay this amount I am complaint against you and you paid 170000 to 180000 to company by court. And I am ask to 26000 Rs big amount, he says you paid 23000 and close the issue(15 September 2020). And he said you receive a hard copy of case of IPC 73 and 74 at your home

The company golden enterprises give me a home based typing jobs.
They give me 7 days to submit.
We submit this but company says your sallery is not generated because you 90% of work is not correct.
And the company charges me rupees but we are not eligible to pay this.
So company told, if you not pay the amount then company will take a legal action to you.
And a notice is reached your home about 2 days and you will be cathed by police and they submit you on court. Then you will pay[protected] amount. We are in trouble what we do?
Please help me sir/madam.

I was looking for a part time job and i found one and as they did not ask for any registration fee or anything else like that so i applied for the job, i started working on 1rst sep. It was a form filling job and ws due 8th sep but due to some personal issues i fell behind on my work and so i informed them that i wouldn't be able to complete the forms and when i said that they told me that i will have to pay them some 11000 rupees as a penalty and when i told them that i couldn't pay them they told me that they would take legal action against me and now i keep getting messages and calls from them, i don't know what to do, i can't let this be turned into a legal issue. I also told them that i would try to complete my work but they told me that my i'd has been blocked so only when i pay them will they let me continue with my work, plz help me, i don't know what to do. They said that they will send a legal notice to my house and i don't want that so plz help

Sir 30 August 2020 a person call to me for part time job as a form filling job. I am a house wife so for extra income I registered for this job but after 2 days I search about them on net I found the all are fraud they call different people with different companies name so I didn't complete there work in given time limit after 10 days they call me for money I send him many prove against him like screenshot of complaint against him aur their agreement is on date 8 Jan 2020 so a person who call him a lawyer call me and miss behave with me and abuse me I didn't fear from him then he says me I see you in the court I say I also see you in the caourt fraud people he didn't call me only send legal notice on email I know it's also not real notice it's fake pls sir take action against like these all companies they play with emotion with people and tourcher them

ONE OF THE BIGGEST FRAUD FROM MADURAI. HE IS OUTSOURCING THE PROJECTS CLAIMING THAT IT IS 100% GENUINE. BUT HE DOESN'T GIVE ANY PAYOUT WHEN U COMPLETE THE PROJECT.

HE TAKES PROJECTS FROM OTHER OUTSOURCER FOR LOW UPFRONT AND HE OUTSOURCE THE SAME FOR HIGHER AMOUNT AND FOR LOWER PAYOUT.

My lg split ac had cooling problem, I called the lg service center([protected]) to get the contacts of local franchise golden ent company. The service person came diagnosed and said it is a dust problem cleaned and paid the cost it was by beginning of april. During the visit the representative insisted to have an amc but the cost was high so I declined. The problem continued, then again later the same company came with another solution, that asking me to change to cooling coil for a cost and said it will sort out all the problem. So the same repair was done at their service center and cost me another 4000/- And in the invoice they mentioned that I will give one year guarantee for the same. The problem was the same within 10days. I had to travel and came back by 20th may and called the company and asked me to register the complain again on 27th may with lg service center([protected]), until 3rd june the golden company neglected to attend in spite of my repeated calls to attend the complain. On 3rd a service person attended said, I have to change to external cooling unit for additional cost. Had I been advised properly I wouldn't have initiated to repair at first place. For the total cost I could have gone in for another unit. Then my friends said this is a scam for adding service cost which happens to many. I want the golden company to give in writing about the problem and their service but they bluntly refuse to do so. I can not take a second opinion from another service center to take any legal action. I feel that I am cheated by the so called service company. I am not getting any support from the call center as well.
Kindly intervene and do the justice for such cheating.

EPF Amount not Credited

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that My EPF claim is settled as on 18/11/2010 and till date the amount is not credited. I spoke with EPF, Chennai they told me that they dispatched the cheque on 18/11/10 and you should contact with bank. I contact to bank also they are telling till now they didn't received any cheque from EPF, Chennai.

Now, tell me what should I do for EPF amount

This is Sravani.R previously worked for Golden Enterprises from June-2008 to Dec-2009 have been claimed a PF on June -2010.
Details: Name - Sravani Rekanar, PF No - TN/53591/896, Emp Code: 0712, Company Name: Golden Enterprises Pvt. ltd.
When i check the status online i am getting the message as "Your Claim was not received by this office" and when i found the status with concerned person from Golden Enterprises they said me that they received a status from PF office mentioning that they have "submitted claim on 16-Sept 2010" to PF office.
Could you please look into this and help me out in getting my PF amount as soon as possible.
