I have been fighting with GHPL for the past 3 months as I applied for claim settlement on MAY 1st, 2021 but no response ever after completing 90 days as on AUG 4th, 2021.

When i submitted documents for my daughter claim they are raising query and we are not informing about that query... When we called them that time only they will tell us about query. They will not inform you, you have to beg them... Why we are paying premium every year. Just to pay them salaries are what.. Use less and irresponsible ghpl... I will never recommend...

My Mom got hospitalized at Apollo for cancer and for tumor surgery, Apollo has claimed for 1.7 lakhs and i have teh policy for 3 lakhs even then GHPL is not ready to provide the requisite amount and we sent for approval at 12:00 noon and they havent replied till 9:00 pm .. post many follow ups they have gave approval for 80k which is not at all reasonable.
