Good Health Plan Limited (Ghpl) Complaints & Reviews

I have been fighting with GHPL for the past 3 months as I applied for claim settlement on MAY 1st, 2021 but no response ever after completing 90 days as on AUG 4th, 2021.

I am not sure if GHPL has the intention to settle the claim or not but whenever I call customer care, all I get the answer is that they are still working on the claim and ZERO progress. I politely request the customer care agent to escalate the issue but despite numerous escalations, absolutely no progress.

I need help.

When i submitted documents for my daughter claim they are raising query and we are not informing about that query... When we called them that time only they will tell us about query. They will not inform you, you have to beg them... Why we are paying premium every year. Just to pay them salaries are what.. Use less and irresponsible ghpl... I will never recommend

My son was suffered from hirschsprung disease. He got surgery in september 2016. But it was failed so we went for another surgery with same problem. When i have applied for pre approval they are rejected my case. They are told it is genetic disorder. But it is not genetic disorder treated doctor also mentioned the same. I have provided doctor letter also for this reason. But they won't accept it. Unexpectedly i have paid morethan 1 lakh with bank loan. Please take my complaint.

My Mom has hospitalized and her hand was operated and we have submitted the 130000 on the spot for the operation hand surgery due to fracture.

Already 2 months has been passed away but we have not received any fund from GHPL there is no email revert every time they send a mail that they are checking.

I have a policy where we have a sum assured of Rs 3 lakh .

I request to everyone not to take this policy .

My Mom got hospitalized at Apollo for cancer and for tumor surgery, Apollo has claimed for 1.7 lakhs and i have teh policy for 3 lakhs even then GHPL is not ready to provide the requisite amount and we sent for approval at 12:00 noon and they havent replied till 9:00 pm .. post many follow ups they have gave approval for 80k which is not at all reasonable. Please do not take GHPL health polices get in to impression that you had paid for a medical claim.. The worst service and very delay process and no Judgement to their statements. Regards, Vijetha
