frustrated customer

I had a claim and submitted all relevant documents. They asked me for temperature chart of a patient with shoulder injury. I submitted it and the they asked for discharge summary which i already submitted. Eventually got rejected. Dont take the insurance if tpa is good health (Goodhealth)...

unnecessary delay in claim approval

My mother fell down of scooty and my father is trying to get mediclaim approval for her hand operation, but your clearance department is raising unnecessary queries like whether she was drunk at that time?.
This is ridiculous, she is 60 year old lady, how you guys raise such question?

My father presented all the necessary documen, but your team is trying to harassing him.

Please look into this matter.br...

ClaimID :609180 Name: Anamica Mahavir Jain I submitted a claim of 28, 000 and they just refunded me 11768 saying that they have cut the rest amount based on the limit. The limit was on the room type and not for other medical procedures. These people are fraud and portrayed a really unprofessional behavior.
