I have joined Great Learning PGPCC in 27 August and paid admission fees of 23, 600/- on my own money, they said that since you are joining on sponsorship, but you pay the admission fees immediately to book the seat for the Sep batch on your own money so that when the sponsor pays to our account behalf of you, we will refund your own money. If you face any issues, we will refund that fee like that they assured me. But due to some issues my sponsorship got rejected now when I ask for a refund of my admission fee the company manager MR. Suresh and Sonam POC were talking rude and neglecting my complaints and calls. So, I refund my admission fees immediately. I have attached my payment receipt below.

I have enrolled for the M.Tech DSML - 2 years course program(Industry oriented Masters degree program for working professionals) offered by SRM University and Great Lakes for the January batch and I have paid my course fees through an educational loan in December 2020(Receipt details below).

To start with, the batch didn't start in the month of January.
Finally when the inauguration of the course happened on Feb 27, 2021. We were informed that the course is for 3 years and the curriculum they have provided during the first-weekend class is completely different from what claimed on their website.

Since then we have raised our issues with Great Lakes and kept SRM University in the email loop and we haven't got any response from both but buying more time.

Interestingly the website was not updated and we could see Great Lakes have sold this course for the July batch as well.

I was kind of cheated and as of this week, all classes were canceled. I cannot take this course due to the 3 years duration and the change in the curriculum which was entirely not to my liking.
