Hi Team,

I had given an admission fee of Rs 23600, when the program manager called and explained the curriculum, I was not satisfied and hence within 24hrs of payment, I had asked him to initiate the refund.
Also the lady Vrata Bajaj who initially communicated with me, to her even I ask for refund. After two days her supervisor called and said they can’t refund . I don’t understand how someone can force this and no communication was provided to me on the refund policy

Kindly please take some action so that I can’t get the amount back

I purchased iphone xr from chennai mobiles kelampakkam on 14th april 2019. I have checked all the items and i found that there is manufacturing defect in charger cable. The branch manager said that i will sort out the issue within three days and they have given one alternative duplicate charger cable. After that i have visited three times and till now no response from their end....

Sub: Non refund of fees paid to college

I had gained admission to 1 years MBA course at Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai. As part of this I had paid the college total fees of Rs. 8,00,000. However, due to admission to other college I had applied for refund of the fees on 10th April. As this course was supposed to begin on 24th April, I am expecting the college to refund the fees paid.

The college has confirmed that they have received the refund request. However, after repeated follow up with the college the fees paid has not been refunded. Whenever I call the college I am being told that the refund is under process and will be done in some days. I was earlier told over phone that the refund will be done in 2 weeks, then I was told that it will be done on 30th April, and today the college told me that the refund will be done on 10th May. Due to this delay in refund of the fees paid to the college I am unable to pay fees to the other college.

I would request you to enquire from the college the reason for this delay and also direct them to refund the college fees at the earliest. The college address is below
