Had apt @ 8 am, no show, returned call, then said about 11, didn't show then said 1 pm. Man arrived a little after 2:15. He looked at what was to be done and made a list of what was needed and went to home depot, gone about 45 minutes. He handed me three 1 pole 15 amp breakers, said he got them incase i need them later. Realized he needed a 2 ft piece of wire. Went back to home depot gone between 1 1/4 hrs and 1 1/2 hrs. With one trip would have been less than 2 hours total. I priced the material at home depot and $225 with tax. Gave me a bill for $1, 500 and when questioned he said the boss said it was because so many electricians went south for hurricane irma. When initially called: told $125 per hour for one person and $175 for 2 people. Only 1 person came. I feel i should only have been charged for one trip and materials which would come to be about $475. Work done @ 5501 pless rd, plant city fl my #[protected], witness (Robert schmitz[protected].

I didn't receive my pf amount, have applied for it more than a month. I trying to contact with pfhelpdesk chennai they are not responding to my mail. Hcl send me confirmation mail that my amount will be credited in 20 days. When i contacted to epfo office they said they didn't receive my pf form yet. Kindly look into it. Below are my details.

I Resigned HCLCOMNET in 2012 .Since PF due to me not settled .Hard copy for claiming pf sent but progress not known to us .Many times tried to contact the following phone no but no response Mr Subhash Arora PF Dept ph[protected] but nobody picks up the phone .This is the poor response we receive .Pls settle immediatelt

I got selected in hcl comnet this month only and got the offer letter also with date of joining.But after 5 days of getting offer letter i got one call from hcl that i need to go for interview again with client. I have gone for the interview but they have rejected me and i got mail from hcl that we cant process your candidature further. After taking resignation letter they called for the interview.As i was working in a company but they said to give resign also, so i have resigned and my notice period is also over.Now i m jobless and they r saying that we will keep u on some other project.But i m not getting any satifying reply from them.Please help me what to do.

Hello Sir/ Madam,

I have got couple of questions to the PF department of India

1. Is there any deduction in PF takes place in case an employee leaves the organisation before 5 years?
2. If "YES" please let me know how much is the percentage of the deduction?
3. If "NO" please let me know where we can get the complaint registered against the employer.

I had lodged a complaint yesterday also. The company Engineer visited me at about 5.30 p.m. and p.m. failed to rectify the problem till 8.30 p.m. He informed at that time that some hardware problem is there and the company person and a Senior Engineer of the company would be bringing the hardware on 28.07.'10.
THIS BEING A STOCK TRADING TERMINAL the company engineers should have been here with the software but they have so far not come.
ITS A VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS THAT THE ENGINEER COULD NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM IN TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS AFTER STRUGGLING FOR NEARLY 3-4 HOURS EACH DAY.
BESIDES ITS ALSO VERY ASTONISHING TO SEE THE CASUAL ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AT WAR FOOTING.

hello sir/mam,

My name is rajat srivastava.i was placed in hcl comnet from my inst. cdac noida.when i heard that hcl is coming for campus selection process i was working in ebix sw pvt ltd but i left that job only for hcl.then i got seleted in hcl after 5 rounds of interview.there was 5 students selected including me 3 boys 2 girls.the hcl hr name is mr Sachin Sharma who is totally charecter less person.when thay give offer letter to all thay didnt provide my offer with some diplomatics reasons.they said to me u r on hold .after one and half month and many calls sahin again said to me ki "chalo le liya tumko mithaye lekar aa jana ghar" then i did not understand ,but i was vary much happy then he went to abroad and his assitent call me rajat come to offiice you have to give one more test.after that now sachin is saying "yaar tum reject ho gaye kya karen"

now i cant undersatnd waht to do.i am telling one more thing sachin only select the girls candidate i dont know why.pls some one help me pls.my no is [protected].
