After so many compliants,mails,calls,NO PROPER COMMUNICATION and worst service,Irresponsible attitude of officers

Harrassed in redemption of Mutual funds units
When i approched for redemtion of my 103 units of HDFC TAX saver Folio no. 2365708/75 along with the bank details updation I came to startling revealation o[censored]nprofessional and rude behavior of HDFC MF CSE Mr. Ninjappa in Bangalore. For change of bank details AMFI has prescribed a certain guidelines. It is not being followed at HDFC AMC end and process has been made too cumbersome to follow.
