I MYSELF BISWAJIT SARKAR MADE A MEDICLAME POLICY IN MY WIFE'S NAME MITALI SARKAR THROUGH THE AGENT DEBLINA GHOSH. SHE COPIED MY WIFE'S SIGNATURE AND ALL THE DETAILS OF MY WIFE AND THE FORM IS TOTALLY CHANGED BY HER. I KNEW IT WHEN HDFC SENT ME THE POLICY DOCUMENTS. I TOLD HER AND FINALLY SHE SAID SORRY AND SHE MADE THE FREE LOOK UP THE POLICY NO 13384575 AND WE ULTIMATELY GOT OUR MONEY BUT STILL THE POLICY IS IN FORCE BY INTERNET...
