Hi,

I took policy from health tree corporation of Rs 19000, for family protection plan on 14.09.2018 for 05 years. They said every medical bill and all dental, eye, opd etc bills will be reimbursed 100%. They were calling me continuously until i purchase policy from them. After payment they are not receiving my call. Also they refused to give mobile number for contact. Please be aware of these frauds. Please take strict action against them. I am sharing the numbers which they have called.

Also the email shared is not replying. They told me to write mail of policy cancellation and accordingly I have mailed them no. of times but there is no reply and my money is not refunded. Now I am not getting any service from them.

I took policy from health tree corporation of rs. 5450/- for 2 years health tree gold plan dated 31/12/2018. Company sales executive of mr. Vishal said every medical bill and all dental, eye, opd etc bills will be reimbursed 100%. He is calling me continuously until i purchase policy from him. After payment he is not receiving my call. Also he refused to give mobile number for contact. Please be aware of these frauds. This is not a registered with irda. Its a totally fraud company. Please take strict action against of company and mr. Vishal. I am sharing the numbers which he had called.

Health tree corporation ek fake and ferzi organization he. Jo logo se jhoote commitment karti he. Kam amount me mediclaim insurance policy ka laalach deti he aur logo ko lagataar thagi ka shikar bana rahi he.
24th jan., 2019 ko mere pass health tree coporation se mr. Vikas sharma naam ke person ka (Phone no.: [protected]/[protected] se phone aaya aur mediclaim insurance policy kharidne ke liye request kiya. Is person ne rs.8000/- me 6 person ke liye rs.500000/- sum assured cash less mediclaim /free opd in any hospital dene ka commitment kiya aur sath me compny ki taraf se teen free gift (Bp monitor, sugar monitor machine aur body massager) dene ka bhi commitment kiya. Mere doubt hone par ki itne kam amount me aap itna kuch kese de sakte he to bataya ye compny ki promotion scheme ke tahat diya jayega, hamari company customer se direct deal karti he tatha in between koi broker nahi hota he. Policy lene ke liye lagataar phone kiya aur finally 5th jan., 2019 ko paytm ke through rs.8000/- apne account me transfer karva liye. 14 working days me policy mere residence address par bhejne vayda kiya. Aur ek farzi invoice mere e mail par sent kar diya aur ek mere naam se ek card bhi generate karke mere whatsapp par bhi bhej diya. Uprokt phones par phone karne par koi jabab nahi diya gaya. E mail bhi kiya uska bhi koi reply aaj tak nahi diya gaya he. Lagataar phone karne par bhi koi jabab nahi de rahi he.
Health tree company ka registration, just dial ke bhi saath he. Bahin se maloom hua ki iska office 17/11, tilak nagar, new delhi-110018 he. Aaj tak koi bhi paper, policy, document company ki taraf se nahi mila he. Ye company logo ko lagataar apni thagi ka shikar bana rahi he, me concern authority se humbly request karta hu ki is company ko turant prabhab se ban kiya jay. Tatha just dial compny se bhi bhi request karta hu ki esi ferzi company ko apny business list se black list karte huye aavashyak karyabahi kare.

Health tree was following up with me in the month of nov.18 to buy a medical insurance policy which i purchased from them via paytm as mode of payment of rs.10000/-

After making payment to till date i neither received any policy documents nor product as they committed me on phone as well on there portal.

Till date i am following up with the company, but still i haven't received any proper response from the company.

This fraudulent company making money from people and looting the innocent.

Requesting to help me to get my hard earn money back.

Hi I Have Purchase a Health Policy of Rs. 6600/- on 6/10/2018. But Till Date i Haven't received any product as per the sells Executive ( Mr Vinay Kumar) told about the product. Healthtree was following me up from august 2018 for me to buy a medical insurance policy. Finaly i agreed to their request.

They sent me 2 requests on paytm of rs.15000/- and rs.10000/- which i acepted and paid.

Till date i havent't received policy documents.

Also i am following up with the company with no proper response from the company.

I think these are fraudulent company making money from people and looting the innocent.

Request you to help me get my money back.

I tried submitting the same on portal, but my request is getting rejected.

Dear sir,

I have got a continuous call from these land lines
[protected]; [protected] and told about a policy which is for 3years term plan rupees 15000/-.
I took policy from health tree corporation of rs 15000/- for family protection plan. An executive said every medical bill and all dental/eye/opd/consultation fees can be swipe with the card what they provides after purchase of this product. I have asked them about the frauds and they convinced me and i got forced to purchase the same yesterday on 05th nov 2018 at 19:30.
The amount got deducted from the bank and the policy was not got generated. Request to take an action against these people on priority.

Dear sir,

Health tree corporation's tele sales executive call me on 22nd september 2018 and given my friend's reference who also purchased one policy of rs. 15000 from them on 20th september 2018 (Approx) and they sold me one mediclaim policy of rs. 10500 in 24 month's emi.

But afterwards there is no any communication is received from them nor they are receiving any calls on given numbers.

Kindly assit how i take my money back from them.
