I have paid to health care india rs.12999 = 00 for hs platinum plan (Health plan) for family of 5 members, with condition of 30 % discount by making payment through credit card on 09/07/19.
Till date i have not received policy documents,.
Not received 30% discount amount on rs.12999 = 00.
I made so many calls & e mail correspondence but not received any reply.
Neither the office staff responding & not the management.br...

Made a payment of 12999 on 10th april against family healthcare policy, no documents received till date, company and executive not answering calls nor relying to sms.

I need a full refund of the amount paid
