This is latika Mishra employees of Indian Bank earlier Allahabad bank my claim was received by heritage department on dt 16/01/2020 and untill date there is no any payment given by heritage department.I am feeling so much frustration to continue follow up this matter even those I have submitted all necessary documents which demanded by department.
Kindly resolve the matter.

As per their email reply to me they have already settled my above claim and it is still pending with them for payment.
As five months period passed but they have not paid me my above claim.
Please do needful in the matter at your earliest.

As per Heritage Health insurance TPA pvt Ltd email reply dated 3/03/2021,
My above claim settled by them but payment in my account is not done by them I.e. payment is still pending.

My husband Mr Debkumar Mukherjee was admitted in Biral Seva Sadan Hospital, Howrah on and from 17-06-20 to 21-06-20.
Myself being an employee o[censored]nited Bank Of India (now PNB), submitted the Insurance claim to our Circle Office Baruipur on[protected].
We have a tie up with the captioned Insurance Company
Claim Intimation and documents received by Heritage Health Insurance company TPA pVT LTD ON 31/07/2020.
Query letter dated 03/08/20 & 22/08/20 for additional documents mailed on 24/08/2020 from our end, through office mail id and personal mail id.
Still one message received on[protected] to clarify the same query.
After repeated mails and phone calls the claim has not been settled yet.
The executives over the telephone fails to give any relevant answer to such non payment of the claim.
