I purchased through online service from homestore365.com one steam sauna system at Rs. 3420 after discount and received a few days ago but tried to contact their customer service phone no [protected] without any response and also mail sent to them comes back with error code that mail ID not available. I Have ordered Hitashi Deluxe Steam Bath machine from Tele Shopping on 1 June 2015 and it was delevered on 17 June 2015 . I was really excited for using steam bath machine because i want to lose my weight . But they company has send broken motor of machine.
