MCD — leakage of drainage pipeline.

i am the resident of P-29 pratap nagar, delhi-7.this is to inform you about the careless attitude of our neighboures regarding the sanitary condition in our block.

th drainage pipeline comng from the house no.P-32 (first floor & second floor)is in open without coverdue to this, their is leakage in it & the toxic water is concentratingat one place at the back of our house resulting into increased chances of dangerous deseases to the resident in d vicinity including children & old people & other side due to this carelessness d roof of our house can fall anytime becouse the crack in this pipeline is at its worst & the water is leaking from our roof everyday resulting into cracks in our roof & have become more accidnet prone & every day some one slipped in our house.

we asked them many times to do sumthing in this regard. moreover we also submitted a written application to the authorites concerned but it seems that all our requests have fallen into deaf ears.& no action has been taken yet.so i request you to please take some action in dis regard as soon as possible . we wil always be greatful to you.

Election Commission, is trying hard to do the exercise of providing valid Voter I-card to all citizens. But there must be a window for those who are already on the voter list, but without a voter card due to no mistake of voters. I had submitted twice photographs, all requisite forms filled with acknowledgement recieved, but still not got the Voter I-card. Casted mine and wife vote in the last 02 elections, on producing other I/cards. I live in my own flat Vivekanand Society, plot no. 2, sector 5, Dwarka. Being deprived of Voter card inspite my identity proof is quite funny. Hope some body concerned is listening...

When husband's name of Rita Kayal has already been included and all relevant testimonials has been produced, it is not understood as to why her name has not been included. It must be included immediately, if not done yet.

The Passport applied by the applicant is under TATKAL SCHEME and Superintendent of Police, Nellore has signed on the required Police enquiry papers under whose jurisdiction the applicant is residing. Then where is the hitch to issue the passport to the applicant? Why another Police Report is required?

Subject: Supply of Gas Cylinders

I have been away from the above address for sometime due to personal reasons and hence could not take delivery of the Gas Cylinders regularly. Presently I have occupied back to the above address and I request my Gas connection be restored and Cylinders delivered immediately. But now all of sudden new ruling has been enforced by the Gas Cylinder Agency (Kripa Gas) to provide ration card as a proof of identity to supply the Gas Cylinders. Long time back, my name and my husband’s name was deleted from his hometown (Srirangam, Trichy Dt.) ration card and with that deletion certificate we applied for a fresh card at Chennai. But unfortunately after so much of follow ups and running around, we could not succeed and got dejected and gave up further follow up. But this time again I knocked the door of Civil Supply Department for taking fresh Ration Card after showing my Identity proof. But unfortunately, the Government have stopped issuing fresh ration cards till further notice. Under these circumstances, since I have no way get my ration card, stopping of supply of gas cylinders is incorrect and unethical. I have all the required proof of my identity (such as Electricity Board Card, House document etc) which are on my name. Keeping this as a proof, kindly instruct/authorize Kripa Gas to supply me Gas Cylinders immediately. I also assure you that I would apply for a fresh ration card once the Government makes an announcement for issuing fresh ration cards. At this juncture, kindly instruct Kripa Gas not to insist for the ration card to restore supply of Gas Cylinders.

There is a Nala along with my house that carries rainy water. It won't be cleaned without complaint. If we request the incharge Mr. Sethi for the cleaning. He outbrusts with anger do whatever you want to do. He will send the person only when we write to you, please clean that. That Nala now has wild plants where it may have snakes, rats, lizards etc.these animals are harmful to my family. please save my family from these animals and it was cleaned one year ago.

My house is in Bansilalpet, Bible House Secunderabad. As my Daughter Monisha travelling daily from BEL Circle to M.S.Ramaiah College for tutions from her boarding place to junction it is hardly 3 stops but very friquently conductor is collecting 10 Rs. for her ticket fair this is happening very aften if she asked conductor he said yes the fair is so much she doesn"t now the acutual fair.so, please I request concerned authority to take action in the matter.

Very often conductor used to take 10 Rs. but actual fair is Rs.5. BEL Circle is the stage, and Mathikerek is another stage. this was repeting than we advaised her to write bus No. and route No.Like wise she wrote the bus no is KA -01-F 1742 Route nO. 271. the ticket NO. is NV 66 679600 this ticket is from MSR College to BEL Circle on 18.11.08 time between 7.00PM to 7.30 PM . The school girl she asks conductor it is Rs. 5.00 but the reply is no its Rs. 10.oo only
we don't no that why he is charging extra and wheter he is issuing same ticket ? or else why ? it so..?
please I am requesting the concerned officer to clarify the problem and let us Know regarding the action taken.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice, the way service is provided by the Post Man in our area. Its not only me, there are other ladies who face similar problems with postal service in our area.

Today, a letter from SBI was delivered by speed post. The person who delivered the post was new and I had never seen the person before. He was so harsh and rude to us. We stay in first floor, and he was shouting like anything to us, to come fast to ground floor and collect the letter. When I said that we have to walk down the steps, and we cannot come fast, he started shouting that if we need the letter, we need to come fast, or else, he cannot deliver the letter to us.

He also said that if possible, we can complain against him to respective person, and he will see to that no letters will be delivered to us.

I was shocked to hear such a statement from the post person. Similar issue was also faced by several ladies staying in our area.

Request you to kindly look into this matter, and do the needful.

I hired one auto rickshaw having the number: TNO7-T-6157, at 11.30 am " from 11th main road to shanthi colony ending point at Jawaharlal Nehru road (100 feet road) i.e., just up to the opposite of KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA, Anna Nagar,
i.e., just 700 meters long.
I gave Rs 100/- and asked for balance. He gave me only Rs 70/-.
I am recurrently traveling in this route for pick my small kid who is studying in Anna Nagar Kendra Vidyalaya and daily all the autos charging me Rs 20/- only.
I hinted this thing to the driver and asked the balance. But he refused to give me the balance and raised his voice to me.
Sir, i was traveling with my small baby. If these types of drivers are behaving like this, then what is the safety we will believe to travel alone by trusting the rule and regulations?
Sir this is the challenging in opposition to the ladies who is traveling unaccompanied.
So benevolently judge my complaint and take essential action.

i had a BSNLphone connection bearing no.[protected] .i had got this connection closed in the month of May itself by submitting an application to this effect tand.the same was done then and there on line on the BSNL authorised counter. Thereafter, i paid the bill which was generated after closing of my phone connection.i also submitted the phone set and the modem to BSNL and got voucher of the same. However, to my utter surprise i found after around one month that there was one more bill of around Rs.1700. hundred generatd for the number which was already closed.i already have submitted application for waiving off this amount to BSNL and agan request you on line to look into the matter and waive off this amount.Action taken in this regard may also be intimated to me.

Housewife — cancellation of e ticket

sir/madam
recently i faced a problem while cancelling my e-ticket. I had booked my ticket through an agent.But the day i wanted to get it cancelled was a day off for the agent. i had to wait for the agent for the next day and i was for 25% deduction charges. sir the ultimate loss is of the traveller.even if we want to get it cancelled on time.
my suggestion is kindly make a way out for cancellation of the tickets that are done throug agents.As even after asking the employs in railways they say they are unable to cancel the tickets booked by an agent.

my self sunanda surve on 1-oct -2009 wanted to open my A/c with all my here by document sumition to the bank authority.I here by sumitted a bigv aount thinking the BANK icici WHICH HAS ITS own god reputation but when I sumitted my document & the cash the A/c was not been opened withen thte given duration( 7day ) we were given on such infrormation & no responce from to open the A/C then the took 21 day s but have not opened my A/C after been complained & for returnigg ... they gave no resp & we only have to call them ( we have to face many problem )

I have moved my household articles from Caravan warehouse to Indirapuram vide M/s Caravan Packers & Movers (Consignment No. 000051). However, they have mishandled the delicate items like TV, CPU (Computer), refrigerator, Washing machine, crockery items etc and my Monitor, TV and refrigerator have been totally damaged by them due to bad packing and mishandling by them during the transit.

The articles were received at my Indirapuram residence(destination) on 11th Oct, 2009.
Till the date i am contacting Caravan packers and movers on regular basis but no result so far.

I spoke to the concerned officer of their Delhi office (Mr. Rajeev/Rajat) about the same and he insisted me to make the full payment. He also assured me that he will do the needful in claiming my compensation from the insurance agency fixed by their company for the transit.I made the payment considering my respect and trust for their organisation.

However, I feel extremely sorry to inform that till now, I didn't get any satisfactory responceaction from their office. I have wasted a lot of my money for making phone calls to their office everyday when they assured me that they are extremely sorry for the delay and they would definitely come to me personally and do the needful.

I just thought of sharing my experiences to enable everybody to think twice before selecting this agency.

Housewife — Sewer Blockage

My address is H. No. 646, Group -III, Janta Flat, Hastsal , Vikaspuri.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 3-4 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole block is smelling. The MSC people are saying that this does not belong to u. They are talking like they are not the citizen of Delhi. They feel no responsibility of cleaning the Delhi other area except the Govt. has autorized them.

I have sent a cover to the address of Madras Deslexia Association, 1st Street, Opp. Anjuman school, T Nagar, Chennai from RMS in Nadiad, Gujarat State on 16th Jan 2010. The RMS authorities has assured me that the cover would be reached on or before 20the Jan 2010. The cover contains application form for the course along with a DD of Rs. 10,000/-. The EMS manual receipt No. is EG[protected]IN. When I verify its tracking through internet it shows a message that "No data available". Please inform me its position of delivery so that I can relax from mental tension. Thanking you

In Mylapore Balakrishna Street (Next to Satya Furniture) it has become difficult for the ladies in particular to walk in the street as the population of stray DOGS is increasing day by day. Please take immediate action to catch these DOGS. THANKS

Housewife — Roads and Dividers are in worst conditions

Hi Everybody

I m submitting this complaint from Sector-16 Vasundhara Ghaziabad regarding the worst conditions of the roads and the dividers . People simply Throw their garbage within those dividers and no development as such roads have been digged for the personal uses but nothing as such done or that .

Also, The conditons of the Parks are worst too . We are paying taxes for this and UP Nagar Nigam has taken over to UP Awas Vikas Parishad.

Kindly take a serious concern for the same.

Housewife — stray dogs and monkeys

I am a resident of Anupam Apartments,M.B.Road (near Saket). Here, in Anupam Apartments,stray dogs and monkeys have become a serious problem and nuisance for the residents.Children are scared to go in the park or outside their houses.In one or two incidents these animals have also bitten the residents.Monkeys attack people if they have some eatables in their hands;this way they even hurt or scratch the people.
This is a very serious matter.Kindly look into it and do the needful as soon as possible so that we are able to get rid of them and children can go out to play without any fear.

Housewife — menace by stray dogs

I live in H.No. 2599 A, H.B.Colony, Sec-3, Faridabad and wants to raise a complaint that i our locality some stray dogs have made our lives hell.We could not sleep properly due to their barking noise throughout the nights and moreover any new preson from another area face challenges while coming to meet us.
Difficulties are prone to old people and specially children who could not play independently.

So request to send the dog catcher to take away the stray dogs as soon as possible.
