The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

they are threatening and asking for money
First they give me work and ask for complete in 15 days and said i[censored] could not complete work within this period u have to pay 5100 and i[censored] complete the work this amount is deducted from the salary. As the work was going earlier pages were getting disappeared and now they said they filed a court case against me and ask for pay 28550 to settle out in court. Please hlp me...

I had applied for the data entry job in this 12E services in this i have to complete 150 images in 15 days with 90% accurate work but as i was working i found the errors in their site i have a video proof as i was not suitable to work with these problems i decided to stop work after 15 days i did not get message or call to submit there registration fee and after few days i directly got a email that my case will be registered in the court...

First they gave me the work to do within 15 days and said if you could not complete the work within the time period you have to pay 5100 for that and if you complete the work this amt will be debited from the salary. As the work was going the earlier pages were getting disappear. And now they are saying that they have filed the case in the court and are asking to pay 25000 to settle it out of the court. If not paid today you have to pay 45000...
