Idea Cellular-Cheating Vas Service Complaints & Reviews

It's 5th issue with me automatically at a time 3 sms receivedabout VAS activation and some of charges upto 100 to 250 RS.when we call to customer care they say it's not operator problem .When cust browsing on international that time pop.up advertis comes mistakenly cust click on advertising and VAS activate .Where you made this rule idea .If pop up advertising is any other company then why idea charges for these .Who gives idea these rights...

My no [protected] every time when i recharge they were deducting amount for whatever amount i recharge if i recharge for 50 they deduct 45 and if recharge for 30 they were deducting 25 they were rounding the deduction amount. If i call customer they were not giving any response simply telling that vas is activated in your no. Not even receiving any message for vas activation and deduction.99 % of people don't know what vas service is activated....
