We tried booking a slot for IELTS exam through the website and the payment of Rs 15, 500 has failed but the amount is debited. I called the customer care today and there was a blunt response that they cannot do anything about it and to contact after 10 working days. Seriously? No proper customer service. That executive (Ashish) said not to use UPI payments but why does the website show it as an option?

I asked for acknowledgement about it and he said they won't be able to do that. I have sent an email too.

Please process the refund asap.

I gave my ielts exam on 29th of January but I haven't received my result. So please check what's the problem with the results.

I have given the ielts test in 2018 november and they send my trf from your courier service and didn't get that they have sent it to me to times and they are saying they didn't receive it back and i also didn't get it please send it to me i need my trf. My Name is Hemali U Padh and I had appeared for my IELTs exam on 2nd April 2016 from ahmedabad but till date I have notrecieved my exam result.
I have sent all the required details to you and requested several times but I didnt get ay revert from your side.
I m facing too many problems due to the delay in declaration of my result I woyluld request you to pls tell me by when I will get my reault?
And if you dont have any answer to it pls giide me where can I escalate this issue?

When you register for the IELTS test online, they ask you all sorts of redundant information, like "why are taking the test, " and "where are you going". If you contact them by e-mail you notice that they send out e-mails with the footer, "WE BUILD TRUST!" And when you go to their office, you notice that they have built a fortress, you are...

The IELTS General EXAMS are such a rip off and a scam, if you require for example which I do 8 for each subject, each time it is a different subject that I will get a 7.5, the rest will be 8 or 8.5. To me this is a money making business as I know of majority of people that take these exams to do them at least twice or three times, and some people even have to redo about 5 times. To me this is money making racket at R 2500 a shot. One week I can read and right, the next time I cannot. I wish someone would take them on at this money making game.
