We tried booking a slot for IELTS exam through the website and the payment of Rs 15, 500 has failed but the amount is debited. I called the customer care today and there was a blunt response that they cannot do anything about it and to contact after 10 working days. Seriously? No proper customer service. That executive (Ashish) said not to use UPI payments but why does the website show it as an option?

The IELTS General EXAMS are such a rip off and a scam, if you require for example which I do 8 for each subject, each time it is a different subject that I will get a 7.5, the rest will be 8 or 8.5. To me this is a money making business as I know of majority of people that take these exams to do them at least twice or three times, and some people even have to redo about 5 times. To me this is money making racket at R 2500 a shot. One week...
